2018 Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated 15th floor private apartment inside the newly renovated FULL service Condo/Resort Hotel - St Clair Collection Mare, formerly ESJ Azul in Isla Verde, Carolina.

You will enjoy amenities like free beach and pool towels daily and pool lounges,

Basic Highlights: Free private High-Speed WIFI, Central A/C, Cable TV, and in-unit Washer/Dryer, large beautiful bathroom, onsite parking, and trundle bed that is great for families with small kids

Bedroom: Slide open your frosted glass sliding double barn style doors to unveil the massive oceanfront and mountain views from your KING size bed. Your king-sized bed is framed on both sides with a reading lamp on top of a small side table. Additional electric outlets are conveniently located around the room for charging your iPad, Tablet or iPhone. The big flat-screen TV is mounted opposite of your bed. Enjoy watching cable TV from your bed if you get tired of the beach, pool, nightlife and beautiful views.

Bathroom: Modern, clean, floor to ceiling tiles surround this room. There is a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. There is also a wipe-in sink on the floating style vanity across from the high-powered commercial grade toilet. The bathroom door leads to a hallway before entering the main room. This area has a convenient dresser for your beachwear; and a full-size closet for your dress and dancing shoes.

Main room: A separate room with 2 twin beds (Trundle bed) completes this ideal Jr. one Bedroom layout. During the day you can slide the second twin size bed under the first to save space. This style of bed can be used as a couch or chaise lounge for hanging out during the day. But it also will work as 2 separate beds so your kids or 2 friends don’t need to sleep right next to each other in the same bed. Both beds have a twin-size memory foam mattress with pillows and sheets. Decorative pillows are also provided for aesthetics during the daytime.

Opposite of the trundle bed in the main room is the dining section. This area includes a 4-seat table with 4 chairs. This area is great for eating, drinking or working on your laptop. The dining section is also open to the galley kitchen for direct access to the fridge, microwave and stove.

Kitchen: Includes all necessary kitchenware, 2 burner electric stove, coffeemaker, refrigerator w/freezer, and microwave. Pots and pans can be found in the upper or lower cabinets and utensils are in the slide-out drawer. The Full-size washer/dryer is in the closet immediately before entering the galley style kitchen, closest to the front door.

Location: On the best beach in Puerto Rico and right in the heart of Isla Verde. This condo is short walking distance to a ton of restaurants, clubs, bars, and nightlife. The airport and old San Juan are a short Uber ride away.

Onsite amenities: Oceanfront pool and hot tub, restaurant, pool bar, late night bar, Kids arcade with ping pong, pool table and air hockey, fitness center, parking, concierge, 24-hour security, coffee shop/mini market, lobby Wi-Fi, beach chair rentals, and free beach/pool towels.

*You will enjoy many of the amenities of a 5-star hotel guest except for room service or daily housekeeping

Airport Info: From Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, PR

To get to the ESJ Azul (currently changing its name to Mare by the St Clair Collection) from the airport take the exit 26 oeste (west), once you are on Baldorioty Ave. then take the Isla Verde exit, remain on the left lane, after 2 consecutive lights make a left to the Isla Verde Ave. Then on the next intersection (after Lupis restaurant) make a right and you are on the ESJ Azul entrance. Then tell the guard that you have a reservation in the ESJ Azul.

Entry: After booking, I will send parking instructions and the door code for self-entry.

Amazing stay GIA who rented the apartment to me was amazing. The apartment had everything staff was kind and friendly looking forward to next year will definitely book again.

How do damage deposits work?
