Villa Nicodemo is a spacious and charming villa with pool, comfortably accommodates 8 people and is perfect for all large families and friends. It is easily separated or can be used as a whole family house, allowing enjoyment of entertaining together or with enough space to be able to take a quiet moment for those who need it. The villa is equipped with free WIFI for the use of the guests.

The jewel in the crown of Villa Nicodemo are the grounds offering a feast of perfumes and colours and its large 10x4 mt swimming pool with roman steps. The pool is set in ample patio areas, the land extending to just under a hectare in total, affording privacy as well as space. Being so close to the sea the villa offers the best of both worlds, a relaxing country retreat and sampling the beaches and seafood restaurants of the pretty town of Monopoli.

This prestigious complex hosts, a villa for 12 guests and two adjacent villa:

Casa Magnolia is a villa for 4 guests with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Alongside at Casa Azalea, the property offers a beautiful appointed kitchen with cooker, oven and fridge, a large dining room for 4 people, a sweet bathroom with shower and colour therapy. The sleeping quarters include a wonderful family bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with two singles beds (which can be joined if required) . The ample outdoor area surrounding the property has been further equipped with BBQ area and frid-ge, welcoming a pavilion with outdoor dining table and seating. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the building.

Casa Azalea is a villa for 4 guests with two bedrooms and one a bathroom. The property, with air-conditioning in each room, offers a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven and fridge; in the same area, we find a large living/dining room with air conditioning and a comfortable sofa and TV. In front of living room we find a sweet bathroom with shower and colour therapy. Further living and sleeping area include two master bedrooms with a large king size bed. The ample outdoor area surrounding the property has been further equipped with BBQ area and fridge, welcoming a pavilion with outdoor dining table and seating.

Externally the focus of attention is a large patio, with outside dining provision, leading to the sculpted swimming pool. There is ample parking, both in the designated three/four car port and on the driveway. the gardens are mostly set to grass. We ask for children to be supervised at all times given the large garden, steps and swimming pool, and request no smoking inside the house.

We recommend this property to families with young children and to anyone interested in a panoramic trullo, located in a privileged location at a short drive from the beautiful towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Noci or just to enjoy Monopoli’s beaches at only about 10km distance.

Arrival is in the afternoon from 4 pm to 11pm, departure until 10 am. Please ask if you want to arrive/depart at different times - I am not strict but it may need planning. In case you arrive after 9 pm to the airport I expect you to take a taxi to make it more depend;
