This stylish modern villa benefits from two housing areas and comprises of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The first villa sleeps 6/7 people and you will find beautifully decorated bedrooms, (two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom) complete with built in wardrobes, AC and black out blinds which are automatic and are perfect for ensuring you can pick up on some much needed shut eye at any time of the day!. Two of these bedrooms come with their own large en-suite bathroom and shared private balcony.

All bathrooms are stunning in design and are complete with double sinks and large walk in wet shower rooms.

The impressive open plan living / dining area is exquisite with a contemporary twist. The modern design with the Ibizan local touches of not just the lounge but the villa is beautiful. The villa interior is set to a high standard and the lounge is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The 2 additional persons can sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge. Please note that you can access this villa without having to gain entry to the main villa.

The main villa is home to the remaining bedrooms and here you will find the master suite complete with open plan ensuite bathroom, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There are a further two bathrooms here in this villa too for your use.

The lounge in this villa mirrors the lounge in the adjoining villa in size and again it is modern in design. The kitchen is off from the lounge and it is the perfect area to be host as it is complete with all mod cons, including a coffee machine, American style fridge/freezer, induction hobbs etc. There is a small chill out area within the kitchen, which overlooks the swimming pool area and the outside varying chill out areas.

The outside area is complete with varying eating areas for you to enjoy the al fresco dining, chill out sofa areas which are a great place to escape the heat of the day, the large bbq which is located by the swimming pool and an ideal way for you to entertain. All this and just a short distance to Ibiza Town – you can easily walk from the villa to the centre of Ibiza, the local hypermarket and even Playa den Bossa so hiring a car is not essential which can be less of a headache for everyone ensuring you enjoy yourselves more and more!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
