#12 Sugar Cane Ridge is a brand new villa within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, this private estate offers one of the best golfing experiences in Barbados. Set over three levels and featuring three luxurious bedrooms on the lower level and a fourth at entrance level, this villa will accommodate a group of eight perfectly. All of the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, the master bedroom and second bedroom also feature direct access to the pool deck.

Once on the top level of the house you will find the exquisitely appointment living and dining room, the kitchen area features brand new top end appliances and finishes perfect for preparing some delicious Barbadian specialties. The spacious covered patio is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical breeze and panoramic views of the golf course.

Guests of the villa will be able to enjoy the many benefits of the Royal Westmoreland lifestyle, such as use of the Beach Club facilities at Mullins Bay. They will also have full access to the two flood lit tennis courts, clubhouse, sanctuary, state of the art gym and large communal pool.
