Modern luxury 2 bedroom apartment, located on the award winning Orka Village complex, situated in Hisaronu.

Orka Village is arguably one of the best located apartment complexes in the Hisaronu area - a short flat stroll to all amenities, yet in a quiet rural location to get away from it all. No need for expensive taxi rides to / from town and no steep hills to climb !

The apartment is in a beautiful location, with wonderful views of the countryside and surrounding mountains. The large communal pool is a few steps away from the apartment – you can take a cool dip, relax on the sunbathing decks or chill out by the poolside bar. The complex is 5 minutes walk to the main street in Hisaronu where you can find numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops and a lively weekly market where you can try your bartering skills.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard, comprising Master Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, second bedroom with twin beds and large wardrobe, bathroom with shower, washbasin & toilet, and open plan lounge and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including full crockery & cutlery, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, pots & pans, utensils etc. There is also a washing machine, iron & ironing board and clothes airer. The apartment has satellite TV with English Channels, including news, movies, music, cartoons & sports channels in English and a DVD Player. For your security and peace of mind, the apartment has an electronic safe in which to store your valuables.

Air conditioning units are provided in the bedrooms and the lounge area. There are mini-balconies to the Master Bedroom and lounge, plus a main private balcony outside with dining table and seating for up to 6 people. The views from the balcony are stunning – overlooking the pool and mountains at the front and rustic countryside to the rear. Unlike other apartments on the complex the balcony is private in that it is not overlooked from the adjacent apartment.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and is ideally located for access to all the main tourist areas.

Orka Village was awarded the of Homes Overseas Silver Medal in 2008 for Best Development in Turkey.

Guests are also entitled to use the facilities at the 4* Club Orka Hotel, including health spa, turkish bath, gym, indoor & outdoor pools, water slide, internet cafe, bars and restaurants.

The hotel also has a full activities programme and children's mini club (some facilities payable locally).

A free shuttle bus service runs between Orka Village and the Club Orka Hotel for guests wishing to attend the nightly entertainment programme at the hotel.

Apartment is on a complex with impressive 650 sq m swimming pool, with sunbathing decks, a separate pool for the children and children';s play area. The beautifully landscaped gardens with pagodas offer shaded relaxation. There are ample free sun beds.

On the complex there is a reception, bar & snack bar, parking area and 24 hour security.

The apartment and complex is fully managed and there are English speaking staff on site to help should any problems occur.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
