From the owner

The three bedroom apartment (built new in June 2010), is a fully-furnished two-storey self-catering apartment just two minutes from the centre but situated on the quiet Evergreen complex. It is spacious and spread over two floors and has an English speaking onsite assistant to help with any requirements at certain times of the day, Mon-Sat.

Sleeping up to six people (maximum of four adults), we have six sun loungers which will be put out for your own personal use for the duration of your stay. There is a children’s pool off the main pool area and beach towels are provided along with FREE personal apartment and shared complex (pool area) wi-fi, a selection of children's games/toys, satellite Smart TV, DVD players, safe, washing machine and there is a FREE gym and sauna on site.

Accommodation comprises: Entrance via marble staircase to apartment. Aircon in bedrooms and lounge and mosquito nets fitted on windows.

First floor:

* Spacious lounge with sofa and a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine.

* Extendable 6-seater Dining table with four chairs (and additional stools below)

* Coffee table in lounge extends to another 6-seater dining table, and six stools

* Satellite TV, 43" Smart LED TV in lounge with DVD player with films inc kids & UK Drama collection,

* FREE personal apartment and shared complex wi-fi,

* I-Pod docking Station (not charger) & speakers

* Sliding doors to balcony overlooking pool with fab views of hills/sunsets. * Patio table and 6 chairs - perfect for al fresco dining!

* Coat hanger and large mirror in hallway

* Bathroom with shower, wc and storage cupboard

* Bedroom one, with aircon, two single beds (can also be pushed together to make a double if preferred), mirrored dressing table and wardrobe.

* Patio doors lead to private balcony with great views of the mountains and trees. Two additional patio chairs and small table/stool are provided.

* The sun moves from the bedroom balcony in the morning to the lounge balcony in the afternoon/eve so shade or sun can always be found!

Upstairs:

* Spacious stairs/landing

* Large master bedroom - king-size bed, 32" standard LCD TV with DVD player. 3 beanbag seats (for kids chill out or those lazy afternoons!), 3-door wardrobe and mirrored dressing table. Built in safe in wardrobe.

* Third bedroom - two single beds, a cabinet and a built-in wardrobe within the wall.

* Lovely views from both bedroom windows.

* Bathroom with shower, wc and storage cupboard.

* Six pool towels are provided for guests' use.

* A selection of children's games/toys are also available in the apartment.

* A travel high chair is available free of charge for your convenience. If required we can send images of this. Alternatively a non-travel high chair at approx. £20 and cot at approx. £10 per week are available to rent from the Management company if booked in advance. Pricing subject to change and TBC.

* A single folding bed allows an additional bed in any of the bedrooms but please note rentals are still limited to a maximum of six people with no more than four adults and there are only 6 sun loungers available.

* Apartment location - just two minutes' walk from the nearest supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops in Central Hisaronu. Dolmus bus stop is also only 2 mins walk away, where you can catch a bus to the beautiful Olu Deniz Lagoon (10 mins), the fascinating ghost village of Kayakoy (15 mins), and the pretty harbour town of Fethiye (15 mins).

* Although the site is very central it is in a tranquil setting on a quiet complex.

* There is also a FREE gym and sauna on site.

* FREE personal apartment and shard complex (pool area) wi-fi

There is a friendly English speaking representative on site at certain times each day Mon- Sat to help with any queries about the apartment or places to go etc, and is available for out of hours emergency contact.

Standard check out time is noon however we will be as flexible as possible with this and will offer a free later check out subject to the arrival time of the next holidaymakers. Please enquire.

Although generally speaking the minimum stay is one week, shorter periods may be available on request, please enquire.

Winter stays including December to March inclusive are limited to longer term lets as the complex and most of the resort shuts down and so is not suitable or cost effective to open up for short term holiday lets.

Large shared pool with children's pool. Pool area is surrounded by grass and mature trees. Lovely setting with shrubs and flowers and, (dependent on time of year), fresh quinces, limes and pomegranate. Clean poolside area with a lovely gentle breeze, perfect for those hot Turkish sunny days.

Two parasols and 6 pool sunbeds for guests use.

Gym and Sauna: FREE use of on-site gym with varied equipment including running machine, exercise bike, cross-trainer, weight benches. FREE use of sauna (seats 12).

If you book your transfer through us your driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a board with your name on and will have the keys for the apartment to let you in.
