Description

This 2 bedroom villa was completed in 2007 and in 2008 was awarded a Silver Medal for 'Best Development in Turkey'. The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a large terrace with built in BBQ, sun beds for relaxing.

The grounds and garden are extremely well maintained with an onsite caretaker and surrounded by beautiful scenic views to the nearby mountains.

The complex boasts a 650 metre pool with terraced area, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, a smaller children's pool, 24 hour security with safety deposit box facilities at reception. Orka Village is an exclusive complex and located in a quiet area with no passing traffic yet within a few minutes' walk of Central Hisaronu.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to secure booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. Transfers to and from Dalaman can be arranged if required. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Villa is available from 4pm on date of arrival (unless by prior arrangement) and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure but late check out can be arranged.

The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. The villa has an alarm and also has extra locks on all doors and windows. It is air conditioned throughout with mosquito screens also fitted to all doors and windows. The spacious living room has 2 double settees for relaxing, satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

The 2 bedroom (one double, one twin) are both spacious with en suite facilities and private balconies. Each room has comfortable beds and plenty of room for storage. Clean bed linen and towels are provided and regularly changed. The villa also has a third bathroom downstairs with shower.

“Great complex and villa”

The location is amazing . Just 5 minutes from the town of hisaronu with all its shops and bars and beautiful food. The villa was well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable holiday . Has its own sunbeds and I loved having my coffee in the morning lying on the swing .Cleaners come in every few days with clean towels and bedding and they are so friendly. Complex has a large pool and a bar which serves food during the day. We had a wonderful holiday and we’ll definitely be going back

Villa is in a great location just walking distance from the town centre, Orka staff friendly and helpful. Villa is equipped with everything you require for a great family holiday. Our family has had such a great time there that we have been there for the last three years at Villa 7 and have just re-booked again for next year. Sharon makes booking her Villa so easy, helpful with transfers and communications. We would highly recommend staying in this Villa.

“Great villa, lovely complex”

The villa is so fresh and clean and comes fully equiped with dishwasher and washing machine. Our daughter loves having her own bathroom! It is lovely in the evening as the patio is not in the glaring sun,it's slightly shaded and a bit cooler. We have been to Orka for 7 years now, 4 of which have been in villa number 7. We just love it. Murat, who runs the pool bar, is so kind and helpful. He was a great help when we asked about having food cooked separately as we have a food intolerance. Hisaronu is a short walk away for shopping and eating out. Each year, we find more restaurants to enjoy. The people are so friendly. It is only a short bus run away to the beach and there are so many places to visit. There is also a water park not far from the villa.

“GREAT HOLIDAY”

This is the Fourth Year at Orka Village but have always stayed in an apartment, this year we stayed in Villa No 7, what a lovely villa it is , it was like being at home but with Sunshine. The Rooms are large and there was everything you needed ie Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine, The Cupboards had all the Crockery, Pots and Pans and for a change plenty of Mugs, Glasses and Cutlery. The maids are very nice and always smiling they always left the Villa nice and Clean and changed the towels and bedding every couple of days. The Pool area is always Clean and tidy and Charlie is very helpful and always ready to have a chat with you, I would reccomend the Orka and Villa no 7 to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday to turkey. We were picked up at the airport so no waiting around like you normally have to do with a package holiday. All in All we had a fantastic holiday and are hoping to go again next year.

We have stayed at the Orka Village before but this time decided to opt for one of the villas and was not disappointed with Villa No.7, it has everything you need to spend your holiday in comfort - the complex has everything you need in terms of pool and bar as well as friendly staff, and is only a 5-10 minute walk into town. We had a fantastic time and as a result of this have booked to go back in September. Would highly reccommend as the process with the owner and the transfers was without fault.

Just returned from a great 2 weeks with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Villa was well equiped and the pool was great, as could always see the children. Went to the Orka Hotel for Barbecue and Turkish nights, great value. Would certainly recommend

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
