Located within the picturesque botanical settlement of Old Town Herceg Novi, less than 20 miles away from two international airports (Dubrovnik and Tivat).

Beautiful apartment (2nd floor) with two bedrooms, a large, air-conditioned, bright and airy living room perfect for relaxing or having siesta, a balcony that is overlooking the marina so you can enjoy spectacular and unique views across the bay (mostly of Montenegro but also part of Croatia) and the general hubbub of everyday life in and around the marina, watch the fisherman come and go, and the sunset over the bay.

We have a collection of ‘holiday/easy-read books’ in several languages, for adults as well as children, to read and enjoy.

You will be a three-minute walk from the waterfront and the nearest beaches, and promenade with numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, small shops, sailing club, boats to hire etc. all all within 3-10mins walk.

On the left of the apartment, on your way to the town centre that only takes 5 mins walk, you can stop and enjoy the beauty of ‘Boka Park’, a true botanical garden located in the very heart of Herceg Novi, with play areas for children. On the right, there is the Old Town with its landmark - fortress 'Forte Mare' (one of three fortresses in town), great for history lovers and photo shoots as it is open to clim up and enjoy the views. If you fancy a night out to an open-air events, ‘Forte Mare’ provides that too. Other fortresses and venues, such as local Music Academy, host many cultural events throughout the summer, e.g. classical guitar festival, film festival etc.

If you are interested in history of the country, especially during communist area while President Tito was in power, you could visit Tito's villa in Igalo (30-40 mins walk from the apartment). This is one of several villa's that Tito had along Adriatic coast, mainly Croatia and Montenegro.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sonja (the owner) a message.

If Sonja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
