We are located in the heart of North London 12mins walking to the Manor house station on the Piccadilly line. We are only 15mins to central london oxford street. The Piccadilly line operates a 24hr night tube service on Friday and Saturdays. We are in a great location if you would like to explore London by tube and are on a budget. Places to see below in (mins) minutes it will take you. Oxford street 18mins Piccadilly Circus 20mins Camden Town / market 25mins Stratford / Olympic park 20mins Westfield shopping centre 20mins Brick Lane / Shoreditch 20mins Westminster / Big Ben 25mins London eye 25mins Hyde park 25mins Harry Potter studio 45mins Alexandra palace 10mins Madame Tussaud's and Sherlock home museum 26mins Trafalgar Square and national gallery 25mins Harringey green lanes is a short walking distance where you can find supermarkets and places to eat. The nearest underground station is Manor House, on the Piccadilly line. It is only 12min walk or 5 min by bus from the property. The large rooms have lockable doors and you will been given a set of keys. The property has free WIFI The bedrooms have its own en suite with all toiletries and essentials free to use. The bedrooms have its own fridge. I treat this like my home so it is kept clean and tidy. Your rooms will have clean towels and bedding. It is very easy to get to the property from airports. We have a driver that can collect from the airport and drop you back to the airport just message me for prices better than uber. If you are traveling from stanstead airport, get the stanstead express train to Tottenham Hale station and jump on the Victoria line underground to Finsbury park station and we are only one stop away. If you are coming from Gatwick use the Gatwick express to Victoria and then use the Victoria line underground to Finsbury park station and we are 30mis away. If you are arriving from Heathrow then use the Piccadilly line straight to Manor house underground. You will need to allow around one hour to get to the property as London is very busy. We have a driver that can collect from the airport and drop you back to the airport just message me for prices better than uber. North London has got many different cultures and is ideal for anyone traveling on a budget, that is looking to for easy transport links around London Town. Free WIFI is included I provide tube maps and information about London in the kitchen. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nevzat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
