This beautiful Air Conditioned super clean newly renovated home has it all !! UNLIMITED FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET . You will have the complete house. It is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 full washrooms , we have a bedroom and washroom on the main floor for anyone that doesn't like stairs. The moment you step into this modern home , you will feel relaxed , lots of room and sunlight . We have paid special attention to make every room extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding and comfortable lighting . The guest will have everything they need to call it home , beautiful private backyard with gas BBQ , 2-4 spots for parking in the drive way , it's like you are at home. It's close to highway and walking distance to local shops, pharmacy and Juravinski Hospital. Morning walks in the park with a view of beautiful Lake Ontario and downtown Hamilton , steps from Hamilton Mountain Park with play area for children and running path . Coffee shops , local shopping, trendy clothing stores dot the drive to the house. You will want to come back and stay at Sun Rise Home every year.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove microwave, fridge and all that makes it a home, it has everything that you'll need from cooking a gourmet meal to simple mac n cheese. Feel free to enjoy the outdoors on the private patio, which includes a gas BBQ that would be yours to cook delicious summer meals for family and friends! The house will feel like your very own and you will always want to come back and stay here with us!!

A little information about Hamilton, it is a city on the western tip of Lake Ontario. Located in the Niagara Escarpment, which is large forested ridge locally known as "the mountain". This region is full of parks, and hidden secret waterfalls 110 of them. For adventurous visitors there are many hikes in the area, including the long-distance Bruce Trail, African Lion Safari is 20 minutes away , for wine enthusiasts, Wine Country is only 20-25 minutes away from this gorgeous home. The famous Niagara Falls, the U.S border, Niagara Falls Casino, and outlet shopping are only 35 minutes away. Toronto Pearson International Airport and downtown Toronto are 40 minutes away. You could catch a Hamilton Tiger-Cats football game at The Tim Horton’s Field, which is only 4 km away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ashla (the owner) a message.

If Ashla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
