From the owner

A waterside self catering apartment available to rent for your holiday, located at Port Grimaud, near Saint Tropez in the South of France. The apartment is self contained, with one bedroom, bathroom and an open plan living room with kitchen, plus a delightful west facing balcony overlooking the water. The apartment has a private car parking space.

The colourful houses and apartments are built on islands, linked by bridges over the waterways. Shops, restaurants and a beautiful private sandy beach for residents are easily accessible on foot.

Please note that our changeover day for lettings is normally Friday so lettings are generally Friday to Friday but other dates can be considered on request.

As a self catering apartment it is customary in France for you to bring your own bed linen and towels (beach towels, pillows, duvets etc. are provided). If you don’t want to bring your own we can put you in touch with someone who provides a linen service within Port Grimaud. We regret that we are unable to take bookings with children under the age of eight.

Our mooring is not able to be used by visitors to moor their own boat - sorry! We get a lot of requests asking for this so please be aware that we cannot rent out the mooring for visitor use.

We live in the UK and this is our own holiday apartment which we rent out when we are not there, so before your arrival we will be posting the keys, security pass and full instructions to you to let yourself in when you arrive. We have someone local looking after the apartment (english) who is available to help you if you need anything while you are there and we will always be available on the phone to give assistance. We have been letting the apartment for over thirty years and have many regular repeat visitors.

Great location, well appointed very comfortable apartment. Owners extremely accommodating nothing too much trouble.The dinghy was an added bonus for that extra convenience getting around.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
