The property can sleep thirteen people in five bedrooms which are made up of four ground floor double bedrooms and a family room made up of a double and three singles as well as a separate bathroom and shower room. The rest of the property is made up of a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside is off road parking for five cars. There is a lawned garden to front side and rear of property as well as a paved patio area with garden furniture. Set in a wonderful situation, Swallows Nest is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, American fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with basic channels, WiFi, selection of books and games. The village is regularly referred to as a fishermans paradise as there is an abundance of lakes on the doorstep, including the impressive Lough Gowna, perfect for pike, trout and bream fishing.
