Les deux CHAMBRES D'HÔTES du Domaine des Costes, labellisées 3 épis par les GITES DE FRANCE de L'AVEYRON, se situent au hameau médiéval de CASSAGNES-COMTAUX

Il surplombe la Vallée de l’Ady et les villages de Clairvaux et Bruéjouls, villages pittoresques de vini-viticulture.

"Cassagnes" où se trouve une église du XIVème siècle est « perché » sur un éperon rocheux, au milieu d’une anse dominée par de petites falaises.

Cette configuration donne au site une « intimité » visuelle et climatique exceptionnelle. C’est un lieu de villégiature apprécié. Ses maisons furent dans le passé des maisons de vignerons. (comme celle du domaine des Costes)

De nos terrasses (et fenêtres) l'on jouit vers le sud d’une vue exceptionnelle (voir photo) : au loin, le sillon de la vallée de l’Aveyron (village de Belcastel) et un horizon à 14km à vol d’oiseau !

Sur les coteaux environnants s’étendent de nombreux vignobles pour la production du vin de Marcillac (Appellation d’Origine Protégée).

Le domaine des Costes a reconverti ses anciennes vignes en terrasses-jouxtant la maison, et a planté des arbres fruitiers, des noyers et une petite exploitation sylvicole. Les chemins d’exploitation du domaine permettent à nos hôtes de circuler librement dans ces terrains, comme dans un véritable « parc privé » à l’abri de toute circulation automobile.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Domaine des Costes (the owner) a message.

If Domaine des Costes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
