Caseros irresponsables, nos despide agresivo, maleducado, y con amenazas e insultos. Hemos estado 3 noches y todas las mañanas esta revisando las cosas, no nos dejaba tranquilos.

Por segunda vez nos vemos obligados a contestar a esta gente. Los mismos que se alojaron ,no sabemos finalmente cuántos, para montar fiestas sin respetar nada ni a nadie. Simplemente hay que tener poca vergüenza para hacer una crítica, cuando la mañana que se fueron de la casa, los vecinos se asomaron a reclamarles, cómo justificaban su comportamiento. Un error grave no denunciarlos a tiempo. Lamentable

En 15 años alquilando no hemos visto algo así. Una persona con cuenta en Tripadvisor ha alquilado nuestra casa para montar fiestas, acudiendo a ellas gente en coche y moto algunos de ellos menores de edad, sin respetar el aforo de la casa y mucho menos al vecindario. Poniendo música alta a cualquier hora de la madrugada, haciendo ruido con las motos por puro placer de molestar, como nos contaba un vecino. Incluso llegando a intentar entrar en una propiedad vecina, obligando a su propietario a encararse a ellos. Un bochorno, la peor parte para los vecinos que sin tener nada que ver han sufrido durante más de una noche el comportamiento de estos "gamberros". Sólo lamentamos que no nos avisaran antes para llamar a la policía.

Why can't I call Salva (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Salva (the owner) a message.

If Salva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
