Decorado cálidamente y con muebles modernos, Las Salinas le ofrece la comodidad que busca en sus vacaciones. A tan solo 50m del mar, dispone de AIRE ACONDICIONADO FRIO/ CALOR en toda la casa, así como WIFI gratis: Disfrute de las grandes vistas que le ofrece el apartamento, pues el mar se contempla a cualquier hora desde todas las estancias de la casa. Entre sus instalaciones encontrará jardín, piscina de adultos y piscina infantil, tenis, zona infantil de columpios, amplias zonas de juego, barbacoa y plaza de garaje.

Las salinas dispone de 3 dormitorios, con capacidad para 6 personas, 2 baños completos, y una cocina equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, horno, microondas, plancha, cafetera nespress, tostadora,exprimidor electrico, aspirador, vajilla y utensilios de cocina.

El salón tiene acceso directo a la terraza. Dispone de Smart TV y antena parabólica para canales extranjeros casi todos alemanes

El apartamento Las Salinas es un complejo bonito y familiar, ubicado a 50 m de la playa, en una de las zonas más tranquilas de la playa de Gandía. Sin embargo, existe de todo en la zona: frutería, panadería, varias cafeterías, supermercado a 300 metros, restaurantes en las calles paralelas...

Nota: Este alquiler no puede aceptar clientes menores de 30 años, excepto en casos en que viajen acompañados por sus padres. Necesitamos copias del DNI de cada persona para poder aceptar la reserva.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carolina (the owner) a message.

If Carolina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
