The ideal place to stay with family, friends or on businesses, can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The house is located in the Old Town Centre close to all amenities and a 15 minute walk to the beach, it has built in 1905 and it has been fully refurbished and furnished, preserving its old character and adding the quality of nowadays comfort, and has got plenty of natural light. The house is comprised of three floors:

Ground floor: Entrance, living room, WC with shower, dining room and kitchen with access to the patio with outdoor space and laundry.

First floor: double bedroom with 2 single beds + double bedroom + complete bathroom with bathtub;

Second floor: double bedroom + double bedroom + WC with shower

The entire house is accessible except the locked storage areas.

Available at the house: Free Wifi, 130 TV channels, board games are available, as well as the bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.

The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, glassware, complete kitchen ware. Baby eating chair and baby cot are available.

The house is located at 15 minutes walking to the beach; 5 minutes walking to the marina and well located with all amenities at your door step. It has a local wonderful market with organic and exquisite local products. There are great restaurants in the area, a Casino and a events all year around.

It is possible to park free of charge in the streets around the house and the main train and bus station is a10 minutes walk.

To the main airports use the motorways access from / to Porto use A17 / A1, to Lisbon use A17 / A8, to visit Coimbra use A14.
