Apartment ideally located in Tignes Le Lac, a few dozen meters from the ski lifts, 300 m ski school, close to the bus station and the water park "Le Lagon". It is located in a renovated residence in summer 2017. You will stay in a spacious apartment also renovated in the summer of 2017 with quality materials in a modern cottage style. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen overlooking a south facing balcony overlooking the Massif de la Grande Motte, two bedrooms, a sleeping area, two bathrooms, a sauna and two toilets. You will find all the expected comfort after a day of hiking or skiing with family or friends; sauna, ski boot dryer, board games, Wii, DVD player, stereo are available. There is also the need to organize your evenings raclette or fondue. It has many services included as personalized welcome, cleaning end of stay, bed linen, beds made up on arrival and the opportunity to request the reservation of a parking station according to your need. Ideal for 6 people, should be 8 if you use the high-end sofa located in the living room. A baby kit can be made available on request. It consists of a cot, a high chair, crockery and cutlery children and a stroller.

In case of non compliance, your deposit will be retained.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Les Balmes (the owner) a message.

If Les Balmes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
