This beautiful apartment is just perfect for a family or group of friends’ vacation as it hosts 6 guests comfortably.

The apartment is inserted in condominium Atlântic Gardens, located in one of the most prestigious areas of Cascais, very close to the sea coastline of Guia, which connects Cascais to Guincho.

Only 20 minutes walking to the center of Cascais or 5 minute driving to the village center it is very well supplied with local transportation, a cycling path, with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bakery, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment has a large living room with two ambiences: the living room is furnished with a sofa-bed and an extra sofa that sleeps two extra guests, LCD TV and DVD set, and has access to a balcony with a sea view over the condominium, and includes a table and chairs so you can enjoy an early breakfast while admiring the sea view or a nightcap before dinner.

There is a social bathroom near the living room also available.

The dining room table sits 6 people comfortably, and connects to the kitchen that is fully supplied with all you need from crockery to cutlery, refrigerator with freezer, hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, boiler, dish washer, washing machine, toaster and smaller appliances for cooking purposes and clothes care. The kitchen also has access to a veranda where you can dry your clothes and includes an iron board and iron.

Along the corridor, and privately separated from the living area, another corridor connects to the sleeping area.

A spacious bathroom that serves the two extra rooms supplied with a bathtub and hairdryer.

A smaller room with a wardrobe and two twin beds decorated in lightly colors, ideal for children or teens but also suitable for adults.

A medium room also supplied with a wardrobe, drawer and two twin beds. This room is decorated in blue and has access to a veranda facing the front street.

The suite is spacious and supplied with a large wardrobe and has a double queen size bed. It is decorated in light grey and vanilla ideal for relaxing nights. The suite also has a balcony facing the front street. The bathroom has a bathtub and is supplied with a hairdryer.

You can easily park outside the condominium or privately inside the condominium on an outdoors parking space, accessed through a back gate.

This beautiful apartment is very spacious, close to everything you need. This is just perfect for a family or friendly vacation.
