Newly built (2015)  holiday villa with private pool and a traditional stone barbecue on the large sun terrace

This modern and tastefully furnished holiday villa is located near the forest with beautiful mountains view in a quiet residential area of ​​the village Katuni on the blue Adriatic coast along the Makarska Riviera. This is a relaxed holiday in greenery with a lot of privacy.

Villa space of 300 m² spread over two floors, you can enjoy a light-filled living and dining area with integrated open kitchen, four bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms . On the ground floor is  the living area with 3 comfortable leather sofas, , a wide flat-screen television with satellite channels, a safe for your valuables and two dining tables with ten chairs.  In addition, the kitchen has as expected only the latest equipment, including dishwasher, ceramic hob with elegant stainless steel extractor hood, oven, toaster , fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker.

 The downstairs bathroom  provides extra comfort. Over a wide staircase leads then to the upper floor with the bedrooms and another two bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms are each equipped with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, the third is a 200 cm x 200 cm double bed and the fourth bedroom features two bunk beds with beds for four children .

The two bathrooms are equipped the same as the in the lower floor, all three bathrooms in the house have a top modern and spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with vanity unit and wall mirror, a hair dryer and a toilet. A high chair for a baby is available, sufficient linen and towels is provided and also the reliable WiFi is offered free of charge in  holiday villa.

All 4 bedrooms on the upper floor opens directly onto a large sun balcony with sweeping views across the green landscape. Down in the 2000 m² walled garden, is 50 m² large private pool, children playground [football playground , bowling (bocce) playground ] and  traditional stone barbecue with traditional croatian equipment  to make  traditional local meals outdoors. If you travel by car, you can use the secure parking directly outside the house in the closed space.

How do damage deposits work?
