Villa *Tradition & Style* is under the protection of the Republic of Croatia - Ministry of Culture and Croatian Conservation Institute as old traditional stone house with garden in Mediterranean style with authentic herbs.

Old stone & green garden means *Tradition & Style* is situated

in the center of Diocletian's - roman emperors town, called Split.

Villa *Tradition & Style* is under the protection of the Republic of Croatia - Ministry of Culture and Croatian Conservation Institute as old traditional authentic local house.

It is old stone house with long tradition, renovated 4 years ago by using modern design in contrast to old fashion style.It is very unique with hand made parts of the house as it was a hundred years ago.

Green big garden gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine and the scent of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. You can choose the terrace in front of the villa to be in the shadow or you can have a great time in barbecue area with summer kitchen where You have possibility to prepare a domestic food and have a good time with your family and friends.

The house is comfortably accommodated for 8 people and it is located in the heart of the city, the oldest part, a few hundred meters from the palace, near the end of the promenade, at the bottom of Marjan hill, which in 1964. was declared a forest and thus protected by the Nature Protection Act of Croatian. Marjan is suitable for sport and recreation

•The house is in a quiet, clean, in fresh air area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and again in the center of events

•The garden has a terrace with facilities for relaxation, there is also a summer kitchen and barbecue place

•Garden has an entrance on the south side, directly from the street and on the north side, directly from Marjan’s scale

•The house has two floors, ground and the attic, cc 140 m2, and the enclosed garden of 400 m2

•The ground floor has 3 rooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, internal stairs, while the attic has one room, kitchenette and bathroom

•The attic may be a separate entity

•Nearby, on one side, 10 min. walk, there is a swimming pool, romantic pebble beach, ideal for socializing. And on the other, 15 min. walk, the famous sandy beach which has a green flag. Also 10 min. walk is a private tennis club with red clay courts

Authentic restaurant, cafe bar, supermarket, fish – market is few minute walking distance.

Also, there are lots of famous Galleries and Museums in surroundings.

It is a perfect place for good rest and fun, opportunity to fill your energy and have a long - term nice memories.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Igna (the owner) a message.

If Igna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
