This typical farmhouse restored into a mavelous Villa with pool and private garden, sauna and Jacuzzi, spacious 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Surrounded by 20000 sqm of fenced lands, lived by with horses and cows, donkey and dogs, a jump into the nature!
Ground floor provides with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen.
First floor with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living area and additional kitchen.
The Villa also provides BBQ, outdoor dining tables and sun chairs, garden facilities in order to enjoy it to the top!
MAX CAPACITY 16 GUESTS. Possible to add spare beds on request.
BBq area, sun chairs, wifi, garden and animals ideal for kids.
Check in after 4 pm and check out within 10 am.

Tremezzo is a great holiday place!
Villa Carlotta and the promenade, then its cafes and restaurants... what about hiking and mountain walks? If you are sport lover then don't miss the tennis courts and waterski... chilling out on the boat house winery at Parco Mayer and sunbathing on the lovely beach...ferries runs every 25 mins to all lakeshore villages, Lenno, Menaggio, Bellagio in Summer from tremezzo boat station. Bus station and taxis also available.
Best restaurants of the central lake are in Tremezzo, the Pizzeria balognet, the posh front lake Darsena, the romantic Al Veluu and many more...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giuseppe (the owner) a message.

If Giuseppe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
