Immerso nel verde dello splendido ed esclusivo Comprensorio di Capo d'Arco direttamente sulla scogliera di Punta delle Cannelle,il bilocale (40mq circa) è dotato di camera matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano-letto, angolo cottura, bagno con cabina doccia ed un bellissimo spazio con veranda attrezzato con tavolo e sedie nel giardino per godere di pasti con la vista del mare. E' possibile sistemare un letto singolo (disponibile nell'appartamento) vicino al divano.

Le due stanze sono indipendenti e autonome

Si tratta di un piccolo bilocale situato al piano terra e vi si accede direttamente dal giardino sul quale si affacciano sia il soggiorno che la camera matrimoniale. La posizione è molto bella in quanto offre vista mare dal giardino, dalla verandina attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, dal soggiorno e dalla camera.L'appartamento è completo di stoviglie e vi è anche una piccola dotazione di oggetti per le pulizie (secchio, scopa, mocio,…), non dispone di biancheria, ma chi fosse interessato possiamo organizzare il servizio di noleggio (circa 12,50 euro a persona) L'appartamento dispone di climatizzatore/ riscaldamento in ogni stanza.

Sono a disposizione coperte di lana . Il nostro bilocale è situato nelle vicinanze dell'area Portineria dove è sempre presente un custode e il parcheggio (gratuito) si trova a pochissima distanza. Chi sceglie il Comprensorio Capo d'Arco per soggiorni nei mesi primaverili o in settembre-ottobre si troverà in una location veramente molto particolare e suggestiva e godere di un'atmosfera unica caratterizzata da pace e da vero contatto con la natura.SOGGIORNO CON ANIMALI SOLO DALLA METÀ DI SETTEMBRE A FINE MAGGIO

Comprensorio immerso nel silenzio e nel verde della macchia mediterranea, dall'appartamento e dal giardino si vede il mare e il risveglio tra il canto degli uccellini e il soffio della brezza marina regala al luogo un'atmosfera unica, si tratta di una vera isola nell'isola! All'interno del vastissimo Comprensorio si gira a piedi e tramite stradine, scalette e sentieri si raggiungono la caletta privata e la scogliera. Data la suggestiva ambientazione questo bilocale è da consigliarsi in particolare a chi è in cerca di un soggiorno all'insegna del relax nella natura, agli amanti della pesca, del trekking, a chi desidera soffermarsi a leggere cullato dalla risacca, agli appassionati delle immersioni e della fotografia,a chi è in cerca di un soggiorno romantico con privacy e relax assicurati, a tutti coloro che, pur non rinunciando alle comodità, apprezzano un posto riservato fuori dalla confusione a contatto diretto con i profumi, i suoni e i colori del mare dove i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza e tranquillità. Con l'auto, in pochissimi minuti, si raggiunge Porto Azzurro, piccola cittadina dotata di tutti i servizi principali e a breve distanza si trovano molte bellissime spiagge: tra esse meritano di essere menzionate Barabarca, Zuccale, l'Innamorata, Pareti, Reale, Morcone. Viste le ridotte dimensioni dell'Elba soggiornando a Capo d'Arco con brevi spostamenti in auto si può raggiungere facilmente ogni località dell'isola su qualunque versante. Cavoli, Seccheto e Fetovaia sono le spiagge più riparate perciò sono da consigliare in particolare a chi soggiorna in primavera e sono ottime anche per godere di bagni tardivi ad ottobre che negli ultimi anni riserva sull'isola temperature quasi estive. Le strutture del Comprensorio (piscine, bar, wi-fi, market,…) sono attive da inizio giugno a inizio settembre circa,Capo d'Arco è frequentato prevalentemente nelle settimane che corrispondono alle vacanze scolastiche(giugnoagosto),pertanto chi soggiorna in periodi diversi si priva di qualche servizio aggiuntivo, ma si concede una vacanza ad una cifra assolutamente vantaggiosa in un luogo che è un vero Paradiso .Le temperature sempre miti dell'Elba regalano autunni sempre tiepidi.La zona portineria è tutto l'anno free wi-fi , servizio è disponibile anche alle piscine, ma qui è operativo solo nel periodo di apertura del bar giugno-settembre Il comprensorio provvede alla disinfettazione dei giardini per ridurre la presenza di zanzare. In bassa stagione concordare con anticipo check-in posso inviare sconto nave se richiesto con un giorno di anticipo

Io non sarò presente in loco, vi accoglierà Daniela che vive a Capo d'Arco ed è la custode sempre presente alla Portineria del Comprensorio, sarà lei ad accogliervi, vi fornirà le chiavi e tutte le informazioni utili.Daniela vi accompagnerà all'appartamento, che dista davvero pochi passi dalla Portineria. Sarò sempre in contatto con Daniela e con voi sia tramite cellulare che per mail.Daniela parla solo italiano, ed anche il mio inglese è purtroppo scarso, i nostri tanti ospiti stranieri sono stati comunque sempre soddisfatti dell'accoglienza ricevuta e, tramite mail, con l'aiuto dei miei figli, sono sempre riuscita a comunicare con loro rispondendo ad ogni loro richiesta Le pulizie sono da pagare direttamente alla Portineria

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chiara (the owner) a message.

If Chiara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
