Delightful quiet village location in Koca Calis, near Fethiye, Turkey. At this private, luxury new villa (built 2011) you'll have the perfect holiday for family or friends sharing. Private pool, child's splash pool and outside terraces overlook a forrest surrounded by mountains. The villa is within a 5 minutes level stroll to the nearest beach (Surf Beach) offering great meals served by the sea, free sun beds & wi-fi, water sports. Not just a beach but a delightful recreation area with hammocks, huge lounging cushions by the surf, thatched tree-houses and 'kosks' (thatched top seating areas for families on the beach)- all decorated in an individual quirky style.

Koca Calis, with its lovely sea breeze is known for its beach clubs, where you lie on sun beds, bean bags or enormous cushions in the shade of umbrellas or canopies - in gardens bordering sand and sea, with drinks/food served at your side. (Beaches in the area of Calis are sand and shingle.) Or just enjoy yourself lazing by your own private pool at the villa. There is a hot & cold outdoor shower & built-in bbq. At night, dine al fresco on the softly lit terrace by the poolside.

Villa Loumar has free wi-fi throughout and is 5 minutes walk to two small family-run supermarkets. It is a 5 minute ride by taxi or shuttle Dolmus (local small bus, with a 10 minute turnaround from Surf Beach) to the larger Calis Beach with promenade, many restaurants, bars and shops and 20 minutes by bus to the lovely harbour town of Fethiye with its old city, fantastic weekly market and multitude of outdoor restaurants and shops. From Fethiye you can get further buses to explore the lively towns of Olu Deniz, and Hisonaru.

The villa is spacious, light and airy and fully air conditioned, enhanced by artistic modern decor including original paintings and pebble murals by the artist-owner. It has cool marble floors throughout. There are insect screens on all windows so you can open windows at night (but do not turn on air-con while windows are open). All windows and doors also have wrought iron security grills. The property is also burglar alarmed.

Living room with fireplace, DVD player with selection of DVDs and satellite flat screen TV: open plan to modern, fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer - also a drinks machine with ice water or hot water (for tea/coffee) on tap. Living room has sliding glass doors to sun terraces, private gated, walled garden and outside dining and pool. It's so pleasant to sit outside in the cool of the evening, in the softly lit garden and pool. There is invariably a gentle sea breeze on the villa terrace.

On the second floor are two double bedrooms, each with its own balcony and ensuite shower room. The 3rd floor has a chalet-type bedroom, balcony with sink and ensuite jacuzzi bathroom. The water pressure is fantastic, enabling wonderful invigorating showers and jacuzzi!

How do damage deposits work?
