Sarajevo holiday apartment rental with internet access, balcony/terrace, TV and DVD

Spread out and enjoy in our spacious fully equipped 1 bedroom ( double bed ) condo with open concept kitchen , dining area , living room (with a sofa bed where two people can sleep really!) , bathroom and balcony. We put that condo accomodates 3 persons , but in many occasions we hosted 4 persons and they had no complaints on comfort ( family with two kids can sleep comfortably) . We custom-built the space to be private, fully independent and kid friendly . The wide windows, sound-isolated 2,7 m ceilings, modern decor and reclaimed wood accents truly set the condo apart from most.
The kitchen comes stocked with all the basics to satisfy your inner chef. Everything from organic fruits and vegetables to domestically produced dairy products can be bought with a quick few minutes walk to the neighborhood grocery stores and central market. Bad coffee can be a bummer, so we supply locally roasted turkish coffee, variety of teas and apple nectar to get your morning started right.
In our bathroom you'll find a basic toiletries, soft cotton bath towels and a hair dryer. There's also a washer stocked with hypoallergenic detergent.
The master bedroom has a super comfy double bed and spacious closet. We provide you with Cotton linen , Ironing board and iron. The living room offers a modern sofa that converts into double bed if desired, spacious closet , Cable TV with over 50 foreign channels, DVD. Free unlimited wireless broadband internet (can be used by multiple devices at once).


The Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the center of Sarajevo ( Koševo street ) only 2 minutes walk from Titova Street ( main street in Sarajevo) and 10 minutes away from the Old Town and Baščaršija. Just steps away from us are BBI shopping centre, many restaurants, cafe bars and pubs, banks, Central market, grocery stores, main historical sites, locations of Sarajevo Film Festival, cinemas, theatres and sport facilities. This is very lively neighborhood. Traveling with kids? A playground for little ones is just walk down the street .


Getting around
Public transport is excellent in our neighborhood...walk to the tram, hop on a bus or mini bus, rent a bike - all just minutes from our door. Taxis are always avaliable in the area and they are very afordable in Sarajevo.
If you are driving your own car, payed parking space is available close to the building. Parking in our neighborhood is not difficult. You will be able to find a spot on our block or the next one pretty easily. Closest 24h guarded parking is in the BBI center.


Other Things to Note

•We provide utilities such as water and electricity and heating. Heating is adjustable. For weekly rentals the cost of utilities is included in the rent, but for monthly rentals the cost of utilities might not be included and be charged separately.
•The landlords live only 15 mins away, ready to assist guests whenever necessary. If anything is missing or broken,
please contact us immediately and we will be glad to help.
•Since not every person likes to smoke: Our condo is non smoking zone. Smokers, enjoy your cigarette on the balcony.
•!!!Please be environmentally friendly!!! Only turn on heating while being at home.
Turn off heating when leaving the apartment.
•You have chosen to stay in a condo with real neighbors so please keep the volume down after 10PM and before 9AM.
•Bosnian custom is to take your shoes off in the house, please try to get used to it, if it is wet weather outside, please remove your shoes/boots, to help protect the floors.
•Umbrellas are in the living room closet for your convenience. Iron & ironing board are in the living room closet as well.
•Free wireless internet...code will be provided.
•**PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the makeup remover wipes provided to remove face makeup. Mascara, lipstick, and foundation are very difficult to remove from the face towels. THANK YOU!!
•PLEASE, do not throw any feminine hygiene products or ANYTHING other than toilet paper in the toilet. Notify me ASAP if there seems to be any plumbing issues, i.e. sluggish drainage/flushing difficulties, etc. Please flush frequently.
•Complimentary shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are provided.
•There are drawers under the bed in the bedroom, for your convenience.
•There are extra pillows and a throws in the living room closet.
•During the Christmas and New Year holidays minimum stay is three nights!

House Rules:

Owner agrees to provide 1 sets of keys per reservation. Guest agrees to return keys upon departure. The general charge for not returned/lost keys is $50.
Check-In is after 3pm, Check-Out is before 11am. Early and late check-ins as well as early and late check-outs are possible depending on availability. NOTE: Regular check-in hours are between 3pm and 9pm. Regular check-out hours are between 8am and 11am.
The number of occupants and visitors shall not exceed the number of occupants as stated in this rental agreement at any time , unless specific agreement is given by owner of the Apartment. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation. If more people are found to occupy premises, Guest agrees to pay for the additional people at a rate of $19 per person/per night.

If guest plans to travel with pets, owner must be informed in advance.
Guest agrees to leave the rental property in the same condition as found. Guest is responsible for missing items, damage to premises and for conditions that require excessive cleanup. Charges may be assessed against Guest's safety deposit to replace, repair, clean or otherwise restore the rental property to an equivalent condition prior to Guest's occupancy.
Owner of the Apartment shall not be liable for any accident, loss or damage to Guest's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
Guest has to be 18 years or older to sign agreement. Guest may be asked to send a copy of the ID he is using to fill the agreement. Guest is responsible for all payments and has to send payments from the PayPal account and/ or use credit card under the same name. Guest can have up to as many members in his party as stated in the agreement, but the Guest who signs and pays for the reservation is responsible for the entire reservation and members of his party.
This property is NON-smoking rental.

ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into the rental property any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property.
Guest shall not use the Apartment or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose . We will not tolerate any kind of aggression (verbally or physically) in between Guests and/ or towards owner, neighbors or anyone involved in the rental situation. All Guests agree on immediate departure from property without any further warning and no refund of rent nor deposit, if any of the Guests has caused any kind of situation where the police had to be called.

Any violation of agreement and house policies may result in the forfeiture of Guest's safety deposit and/or in early departure. Any kind of suggestion, observation and complains Guests may have regarding the property and service have to be addressed immediately and during the stay. Any complains addressed after check-out are considered to be invalid by owner. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be mediated subject to the laws of Bosnia and Hercegovina.
