A beautiful 4 bed house situated in the tranquil Dordogne countryside in a quiet hamlet 7minutes by car to a beautiful vibrant Bastide town, Eymet. Approximate 25 mins drive to historic Bergerac. Very well appointed. Large fenced garden with swimming pool securely fenced.

The property is detached, with the emphasis on space and comfort. There are three reception rooms, four double bedrooms and two shower rooms, one also having a bath.

The four bedrooms are light and airy, two having remote controlled ceiling fans and air con and two with freestanding fans.

The living room has 3 sofas, chair, UK TV, and woodburner. There is also partial underfloor heating for winter lets.

The open plan kitchen is extensively equipped with everything you would have at home.

The dining room has a large table. This room leads through French doors to the large split level private terrace half of which is covered by a pergola of wisteria and roses.

There is a private parking space and the interior of the gîte has been newly decorated for the 2019 season.

Located 10 mins away from Emet, a beautiful small town with wonderful restaurants and a lovely market. The gite is homely and spacious. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janice (the owner) a message.

If Janice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
