This 5 bedroom detached house sleeps 12+2 provides accommodation over 3 floors with 2 King & 3 Twin rooms, 4.5 bathrooms (incl en-suite to Master Bedroom and Spa Bath in family bathroom). Plus a double sofa Bed in the games room which we think is ideal for 1 adult & another 2 single beds one on 1st Floor which can be positioned in the room of your choice and another on the ground floor. The living room/dining room offers views from its fabulous terrace of the wonderful Portuguese countryside and its private 8x4m heated pool. The garden has traditional BBQ and outside dining area for 12. The games room is equipped with table tennis/Playstation/DVD and fridge. Fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops and all amenities. Free WiFi also available in the property

The house is situated in a quiet rural cul-de-sac just minutes from the local villages of Ribamar with its fantastic selection of restaurants fish, seafood being their speciality and Santo Isidoro , . The house is approx 35 mins from Lisbon and its airport and within easy reach of the stunning attractions of Sintra, Cascais, Estoril and many golf courses. The Lisbon coast is a world renowned surfing region and has an abundance of beautiful beaches several of which are in close proximity.

Why can't I call Louise (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louise (the owner) a message.

If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
