Casinha in Ericeira Hills is totally renovated in June 2014. Silent surroundings in the end of a "dead end" street with sun all day until it goes down in the atlantic. Walking distance to Ericeira.(15 min)

Very practical with kids, this house is one floor only.

The house looks "old style portuguese" on the outside, but has been "ripped apart" in total, and remodelled to a modern house on the inside. High class kitchen fully equipped with induction, 3 designer bathrooms, 2 ensuite, modern furnitures, spacious semi level living room with view to the pool. Play area for kids or ekstra sleep. 3 Inside.

This villa should have what you ask for in a vacation home. Only 30 min driving from the airport in Lisbon to Ericeira.

Heated infinity pool 8x4 m with a stunning view. (Swim in the pool and watch the sunset in the atlantic ocean)

Small supermarket/bar/cafe/Butcher only 100 meters away.

The house is in one floor only, and has been totally renovated with the following: 4 Bedrooms with (3) double beds, including 1 annex in the wonderful backyard. 3 bathrooms where 2 is ”en suite”. 2 extra beds for a maximum of 10 sleeps.

Spacious living room with dining, view to the pool and endless sea view.

Fireplace, multi level to a exclusive modern kitchen fully equipped. Television flat screen with soundbar (Bluetooth) and several channels. Wifi until 20 mbit sec. (Sometimes more, its 4 G)

The house is designed with the frontside which has the infinity pool towards the sea and the sunset, the backyard ”relax zone”is perfect for easy mornings and coffee. (Or if you just want some quiet and read a book while the kids using the pool.)

Parking for 2-3 cars behind the gate (remote control)

Wonderful lightening to the pool in the evenings, why not start the halogen to the enormous palm tree also.

Why can't I call Aksel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aksel (the owner) a message.

If Aksel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
