Elysia Park is a great location - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town of Paphos but close enough to experience everything it has to offer, all within easy walking distance.

We are very proud of our consistent 5* reviews provided independently by our guests for over 5 years!! Awarded our Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2018 & 2019. Everything is here for you to have fantastic holiday.

This is our holiday ‘home from home’ and we want you to feel the same way.

Our property is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. There's lots of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends overlooking the pool. With two bathrooms, both with full size shower cabinets and power showers, the apartment is ideal for couples and families alike.

Our large lock-up gives you extra storage and is full of pool toys, scooters, balls, water guns, boogie-boards - all you have to do is enjoy yourselves.

We ask our guests to pay a £100 security fee to release the keys, and this is returned to you when the apartment is cleaned, checked and the keys returned to us.

Paphos is a great central location to allow you to see the many sites that Cyprus has to offer, With UNESCO World Heritage sites, local history, traditional villages, wine trails - even skiing in the Troodos Mountains in winter. Cyprus has something for everyone.

If you are looking to relax and recharge the batteries, have breakfast alfresco on the balcony and spend lazy day in the sun by the Elysia Park pools.

Air con is fitted throughout the apartment and we also provide Wi-Fi access (10mb). Wi-Fi, electric and water costs are all included in the rental rates quoted. We also provide Internet TV giving you access to all UK terrestrial channels, catch up TV and films. There is also a DVD player and Hi-Fi with i-pod docking in the lounge and a selection of DVD's and CD's. There's also a Bluetooth sound bar for the TV and for you to enjoy your music from your tablets and phones.

The apartment is family and 'toddler friendly'. There's a travel cot with linen in the apartment together with a booster seat / high chair, Baby Potty, Trainer toilet seat, baby bath, baby monitor, crockery and cutlery, changing mat, bottle steriliser, and a night light. We also have a selection of toys, books, jigsaws and games for littles ones too.

All doors and windows have been fitted with additional security locks for peace of mind when travelling with young children. We also have 2 car booster seats available.

We can sleep 5 in total - a double bed and two single beds (sleeping 4). And in addition we can accommodate either a cot for a toddler or a sofa bed which sleeps 1 adult or child.

For your safety and security, there is also a safe, a smoke alarm and a fire blanket in the apartment.

Elysia Park is beautifully maintained, with fantastic landscaped gardens. Rosemary, mint, thyme and basil borders if you want some fresh herbs for cooking! The complex has 2 large split level lagoon pools, kid's splash pools and kids play area, bikes for hire, table tennis tables, table football and various kids clubs / aqua aerobics / Zumba classes available in season. There also a shuttle bus (fees apply) which are all complemented with ample luxury sun loungers for everyone. With spa facilities, our gym and a gorgeous indoor pool Elysia Park offers the perfect way to relax even in the Cyprus winter. We’ve also got our restaurant, mini-mart, chemists and ATM all on site - the ultimate in convenience.

You can book day trips and excursions throughout the Island at the Concierge office and you’ll be picked up and dropped off at Elysia Park. Or you may want to hire a bike!

With two local bus routes stopping at Elysia Park, for 1 Euro single or a 3 Euro day pass or 20 Euro week pass, you can visit anywhere in the Paphos area - visit the beaches of Coral Bay, or explore further afield, as far as Polis and Latchi! The routes go via the Harbour and Old Town areas where you can catch your connection.

The picturesque Troodos Mountains are within easy reach of Paphos offering wine trails, walking and cycling in summer, and skiing and snowboarding in winter, all complimented with local friendly Taverna's. If you are interested in a winter break with skiing or snowboarding visit skicyprus.

Elysia Park is an all year round location, and is ideal for couples, families, teenagers and toddlers alike.

The separate fully fitted kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery and even a wine brick. You'll have enough pots and pans, salad spinners, panini press and a toastie-makers etc. to fully self cater if you want to. The cool-box & cool-box ice blocks, lets you take refreshments with you on your day trips away or just down to the pool. In addition to the standard water supply, there is also filtered water on tap.There are various board games and card games for children and adults within the apartment and a collection of books, CD's and DVD's for your use. The flat screen TV is linked up to Internet TV channels. There is a Bluetooth soundbar for both the TV or connecting your tablets or phones to listen to music. The hi-fi unit in the lounge not only plays radio and CD's but has an integral docking station for iPod and MP3 players. We have installed private secured broadband and WI-FI, provided at no additional cost to you. We'll provide details of our WI-FI key and network name to you when we supply the keys. 2 sets of laundered linen provided for each bed for use during your stay, and 4 fluffy bathroom towels for each bathroom and 6 beach towels. Both bathrooms are equipped with electrical socket for shavers and power showers. Both bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space, timed air-con units, radio alarms and hair dryers. Mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort and hygiene for all our guests.Toddler booster seat / high chair, changing mat, travel cot (with linen), bottle steriliser, baby bath, potty, toilet training seat, baby monitor, night light and kiddie crockery are all available for use at the apartment and two car booster seats for 4-10 year olds. The apartment is family and toddler friendly.

There is a ground floor secured lock-up for luggage etc. In here you will find various pool toys including floating lilo’s, kids inflatables, rings, arm bands, masks, snorkels, pvc boogie boards, noodles etc. Please use whatever is there and check before you buy anything as there may already be one ready to play with. There’s also a pump to help blow up the inflatables! There’s also beach toys, buckets, spades, bats, balls etc. Plenty of fun for adults and children alike. There are six beach towels in the apartment for your use also. There’s a cool box in the lock up too. Everything can be taken to local beaches or on day trips.If you are travelling with older children, there are two car booster seats in the lock-up which we are happy for you to use.Elysia has landscaped communal gardens, with lots of local herbs available. There is a children's play area on site with swings, climbing frames and slides, table tennis tables (bats and balls from the concierge) table football, kids clubs, zumba, aqua aerobics etc in season, check in the block foyer for what is scheduled for your stay.

Getting around

The bus stops outside Elysa and takes you out to the WaterPark or into the old town via the harbour. Theres a Taxi stop on site and theres a list of activities and excursions that can also be booked at the Elysia Concierge office, or you may want to hire a bike!

Interaction with guest

Keys for UK renters are posted 10 days prior to your departure date, and we arrange for on site key delivery for international renters. We can advise you about airport transfers, excursions, what’s on site, what’s in the apartment and Sheena who manages our property is always available for any emergency help.

“Excellent spacious apartment on lovely quiet complex.”

Immaculate two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, complete with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Sited on a superb residential complex with two large child friendly swimming pools and a separate toddler pool. Reasonable 10-15 minute walk to central Paphos sea front, where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all. Two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk to satisfy all your self-catering needs. We travelled as two couples and found Tom and Anne's apartment more than adequate. We had a fantastic two week stay and will definitely be returning.

This is an excellent apartment, spacious and thoughtfully furnished with everything a family would need. This apartment truly was a home from home, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything one would need from making a snack through to a 3 course meal. My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with our 4 year old son and we can honestly say this apartment leaves you wanting for nothing. From a cool box and ice blocks, which are just perfect for a day at the beach, through to varying sizes of tupperware in the kitchen, beach toys in the lock up, DVD's, games and books, Tom and Anne have really thought of everything. From initial enquiry onwards, Tom and Anne could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to families or couples. The complex itself is very well maintained and some days we practically had the pool all to ourselves (there are 4 on site!).

The apartment is definitely 5 star accommodation from the amount of utensils in the kitchen to the quality of the towels everything was fantastic. The balcony overlooking the huge pool got the sun 1st thing in the morning and it was a pleasure to sit with a coffee for a couple of hours each morning before heading out. Its about 15/20mins walk to the Harbour and an 8 euro taxi trip back. Couple of supermarkets a short walk away - expensive but good for some basics and a paper if you want to stay in touch with the outside world. We had a fabulous time at Tom and Anne's apartment and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone

My wife and I have not long returned from a wonderful week's holiday at Anne and Tom's lovely apartment at Elysia Park in Paphos. From the moment we first enquired about the holiday to the day we were leaving the apartment all went without any hiccups. the communication from Anne and Tom was first class, and on reaching the apartment we were delighted with its furnishing and amount of equipment, it lacked nothing in its quest to please. Having been to the complex some 18 month's ago I was pleased to see that the standards had not slipped and that everything about the complex had been kept to the same levels as previously, and have no doubts that sometime in the future we will be returning in the knowledge that the accommodation is of superb quality as is the complex and the resort.

We had a wonderful time at Elysia Park. The property was accurately described. It overlooks a large, beautiful pool. The interior is well furnished and comfortable with all of the ammenities you would need. Although we did walk to the the seaside from the apartment, a car made it much more convenient. With a car it was easy access to and from Elysia Park. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

“superb apartment complex”

Apartment complex is beautifully maintained with an enormous pool. Everything you can want is supplied from umbrellas to beach towels. Hot water was a bit erratic, but it was November. Be prepared to walk about 20-25 minutes to the municipal beach, shops and restaurants, although there is a frequent bus service and 2 small minimarkets within 5 mins walk. This is a purpose built resort, so you need to search for the Greek restaurants, we recommend Viva Cyprus, The Windmill and Hondros for freshly cooked Cypriot food. Ideal spot if all you want to do is relax in the sun by day and eat out at night.

There is an electric immersion heater for cooler periods, and although the instructions are in the apartment, we'll make sure these are highlighted for future off-season guests so there is hot water throughout their stay.

This was our second visit to this comfortable, well maintained apartment on Elysia Park. The pool is superb and the gardens are well kept and colourful. We chose to return to Tom and Annes apartment as it has everything we need for a relaxing holiday. It is lovely to arrive at your holiday accommodation knowing it will be spotlessly clean with welcome pack and a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. The availability of English tv channels is also a real bonus! The booking process and information provided is very efficient and comprehensive. We would highly recommend this apartment.

“Beautiful, tranquil home from home in the sun”

We had a wonderful stay at elysia park. The apartment is spacious, modern and fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials, kids stuff (from cutlery, to cot to toys and games) and beach and pool stuff you could ever need. The complex it's in is incredibly clean, quiet and well maintained and the apt balcony has a lovely view of the pool that's wonderful for a family breakfast in the sun. Tom and Anne are perfect owners and made us feel welcome right from the start with extensive guides to the apt and surrounding area. There are a couple of small supermarkets round the corner from the apt and regular buses, but we found having a hire car really useful for getting to the main supermarket in town and seeing the sights (and the lovely beach at coral bay) with our 2 year old. We would definitely recommend this apartment to young families or couples looking for a quiet and relaxing break.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Tom and Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
