We kindly ask that the house is left tidy for our housekeeper. All used dishes/ kitchen utensils should be cleaned. If required our housekeeper will clear our the dishwasher.
We reserve the right to withhold part of the damage deposit in circumstances where the house required excessive cleaning.
Pets are normally permitted but please confirm at the time of booking.

The house is in an ideal small seaside village with stunning views. It is well equipped and suitable for an extended family. The only point of criticism would be the lack of a separate toilet upstairs.

Travelled here during the Easter holidays with 2 young children. Delighted with the house we rented - very clean on arrival and the kitchen included a microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. Also had tv & dvd player to keep kids amused! Located just a short walk away from the village where you will find hotels & pubs and a great beach. We travelled around the area would recommend visiting the nearby Glenveagh National Park. We had a great relaxing family break and would definitely return to the property.

This house is really lovely. Modern, comfortable and spacious, it comfortably slept 8 for us. Beautiful beach is a short walk away and great scenic walks around Atlantic Drive.The pubs & restaurants in Downings village are a short walk away and great craic. Rossapenna golf facility is less than 5 minutes drive with a number of other good courses not too far away. I would recommend this very highly for families or groups.

Spacious, spotless property within walking distance of all amennities. A short walk back from restaurants and bars at night. I recommend an early morning stroll to the clear blue waters of the Atlantic, a must for families and romantics alike.
