This spacious luxury villa was built to meet with your requirements and to fulfill your dream of a perfect combination of relaxation and nature.Exclusive style and traditional architecture, light and open spaces are the concept of this villa which can accommodate up to 16 guests. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with twin beds - both en-suite - as well as a large dressing area.The first floor comprises the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with a balcony of 40m2 in front. On the second floor a cosy loft offers two double beds that can sleep 4 guests plus a small office space. Lounging in the tranquil outdoor spaces, spending the day at your private pool (10 x 5 metres) or enjoying a barbecue with family and friends...the choice is yours!

The newly build part of the villa Amaryllis is an independent two storey house, with all modern building regulations, just right next to the villa Amaryllis, which can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers elegance and luxury combined with traditional architecture spread on 100 m².

The ground floor comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge and guest toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor where  two master bedrooms with bathrooms – both ensuite – are available for you. Huge windows and large outdoor spaces around the house will provide privacy and will invite you to relax and enjoy the pure feeling of this splendid nature.

Free wi fi , all rooms are equipped with air-condition but also well placed windows with mosquito net, facing the nature will ensure a light breeze during the hot summer months, maid every day & linen change 2 times per week.

Enjoy soothing views over the pine trees forest , with your big - up to 16 guests - good company of friends or your families at the villa Amaryllis by Kardous!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Natassa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
