From the manager

The Colibrì apartments are newly built, located in the city center of Diano Marina, a few meters from the sea.

Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television, washing machine and dishwasher for a quality stay and a truly relaxing holiday.

All apartments have a kitchen equipped with an induction hob.

In the center of Diano Marina, Flowers Riviera, Liguria.

Very close to the sea and the beaches.

Shops, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, supermarket: just a few meters.

Private parking or garage (upon request, surcharge).

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.

- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.

- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:

- Check-in time: from 16:00 to 20:00. In case of late check-in, after 20:00, there is a surcharge of 10 Euros per extra hour after 20:00.

- Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.

- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.

- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
