Perfect beautiful corner house, Designed, decorated with very modern style and everything else that you need for an amazing vacation.Abundant with natural flora and fauna, Solterra Resort offers a therapeutic escape from your hectic life. This house also have a game room, screened pool with Jacuzzi and BBQ area, ideal to spend the incredible Florida evenings relaxing with your family and friends!

The GUEST will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity ACCESS FEE.

The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation:

The primary person will need to provide:

· Their reservation information which shows:

· The rental property address.

· Check in and check out date.

· Number of guests.

· Identification that matches the reservation name.

· License plate information for the primary vehicle.

They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
