South Westerly rear aspect across conservation area and situated in the beautiful, upmarket, gated community of Watersong.

The property is ideal for guests looking for that something special having spacious, comfortable accommodation which is decorated to a high standard with a touch of luxury and elegance. 

From the South West facing covered lanai, over sized pool and spa you can watch the beautiful sun setting whilst you having uninterrupted views across the conservation area to the rear.

This dream home is the perfect place to spend your dream vacation – close to all of Orlando and its theme parks, yet far enough away to be peaceful and restful when you want to escape the hustle and bustle.  You will love the villa so much that you won’t want to leave!

On entering the property this leads into the exquisite formal lounge and dining area which immediately gives a glimpse through to the outside pool area.

The property comfortably sleeps 14 people, there are 2 master bedrooms both with king sized beds and luxury en suite bathrooms, 2 further double bedrooms with queen sized beds and sharing a bathroom plus 2 twin bedrooms each with two twin beds, also sharing an additional bathroom.  On the open plan galleried landing is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The large luxury fully fitted kitchen with informal dining nook opens into the spacious family room.  All of these areas offer views of the pool, spa and conservation area beyond.  To complete the accommodation there is an additional ½ bathroom, laundry room and of course the games room.

All of our 8 TV’s are flat screen and have cable (HD available in the family room).  You will enjoy complimentary Wi Fi throughout the villa, (including the pool deck) as well as free local telephone calls.

FAMILY ROOM

We know you will just love this area.  The large room with a stunning high ceiling overlooks the pool area and is open plan to the kitchen and dining nook.  This is a great area to watch the large flat screen TV with 5.1 surround sound system and HD cable TV.  There are also DVD’s and PS3 games for the use of guests.

KITCHEN

The spacious kitchen is a heaven for those who love to cook (and for those that have too).  It is fitted out with everything you need and includes: cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and ‘American’ style fridge freezer that dispenses filtered cool water for those hot Florida evenings!  The kitchen is also stocked with all the essentials such as cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils.

DINING/BREAKFAST NOOK

A great spot for relaxed eating with a table and 6 chairs, located next to the kitchen and overlooking the pool area accessed via the patio doors.

LOUNGE

Sometimes, don’t you just want somewhere to quietly relax?  Well, this is where to go!

Situated at the front of the house, this formal living room has a comfy sofa and chairs and is the ideal place to escape and relax in the luxury of the surroundings. 

DINING ROOM

The perfect place for fine dining!  A beautiful dining table with seating for 6 in style and comfort.  It is ideal for special occasions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
