With a large center island, the kitchen has plenty of room for young sous chefs to help you prep meals and snacks for the group. Start your day at the 4-person eat-in kitchen table, sipping on a cup of coffee from the Keurig and enjoying the pool views. Serve up your home cooked meals and talk about the adventures of the day around the 6-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The five upstairs bedrooms include two master suites, offering extra privacy and space. When extra guests show up, set them up on the living room’s sleeper sofa.

Claim the first master for yourself, with its king size bed, flat screen TV, and double closets. There’s also a crib for the youngest guests. Pamper yourself in the en-suite bathroom, where a garden tub invites you to soak and a walk-in shower has a power shower head.

Just as well-appointed, the second master suite offers a queen bed and its en suite comes with a tub and shower combination.

Let the kids sprawl out in the other three bedrooms, where they can tuck in for the night in a queen bed in the 3rd, full bed in the 4th, and two twin beds in the 5th bedroom. Another full bath with tub and shower combination offers additional space for getting ready.

SOAK UP THE SUN

With a south-facing heated and screened pool, the backyard is the place to soak up the warm Florida sun. Sit down to an al fresco dinner around the 4-person patio table, enjoying a good meal and good company.

EASY ACCESS TO AREA AMENITIES

Cook for your group in the gourmet kitchen, stocking up on groceries and the supplies at the supermarkets just 5 minutes down the road. Don’t feel like cooking? There’s numerous great restaurants just minutes away like Sunday’s Grill, Thai Sweet Rice, and IHOP. Get a little retail therapy at the numerous malls in the area, including Disney Springs, The Loop, The Mall at Millenia, and The Florida Mall. How do damage deposits work?
