Freshly decorated and refurnished (April 2016) modern 3 bedroom condo in gated community with heated community pool, hot tub, gym and free parking with an ideal location within Terrace Ridge having a south facing porch with water view directly across from the community pool and clubhouse.

The condo is located on the ground floor with patio doors and screen onto a south facing porch area with water view. The patio is equipped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunshine, watch the local wildlife and catch the sunsets.

The living dining area has a 50 inch smart TV and HD Verizon package, three new quality leather sofas and a computer bench with computer, loads of space for your laptop to connect to the free broadband or directly into the router. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, ice making fridge, cooker, over the stove microwave, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, George Foreman grill, toaster, sandwich maker, ceramic pots and pans and lots more.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with 43 inch smart TV and seating at window. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a 40 inch smart TV and Bedroom 3 is Mickey themed with a 32 inch TV. All rooms have ceiling fans with the master and queen being remote control.

There is an electronic security safe for guests use.

The condo will be equipped with a full size bar of soap, liquid soap and four toilet rolls in both bathrooms at the start of each trip. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing up liquid and a roll of kitchen towel. After these supplies are exhausted guests are required to supply their own.

Towels are provided including pool towels.

Entrance is by coded electronic lock with one push and turn locking facility and there is an additional keyed lock to double lock the door if guests wish.

Access to the pool, hot tub and gym area ( 2 treadmills, 1 bike and X-trainer) is by access card (2 of which are provided inside condo).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elspeth (the owner) a message.

If Elspeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
