Our villa 'Savannah' is a really lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with its own South Facing screened pool and patio area, a beautiful home from home on the Secure & prestigious Highgate Park gated community. Close to Disney (10 minutes), Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica & all the major theme parks & attractions, including world class shopping, dozens of golf courses & many locals attractions & historical places of interest, the Best of all Worlds. It is equipped with Broadband. WIFI an upgraded cable package including xfinity movies on demand. The Pool is also heated by solar panels (no cost), so is environmentally friendly. The single level very spacious accommodation is bright and airy with Cathedral Ceilings and comprises of a large sitting room, separate dining area and open plan fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins and separate bath and shower area. There is a double bedroom with its own en-suite, plus 2 further large twin bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. It is equipped with every possible facility you and your family will need to ensure you have a great time. Step out on to the extended south screened facing patio, which guarantees sunshine all day and has been extended to provide lots of space extra to play or lay in the sun next to the large pool with room for all, complete with water jets, great fun for the kids, or to have the sound of running water to relax to. The deck has deep cushioned comfortable sun loungers, chairs and a large table for al-fresco eating. The pool also has underwater lighting and heating is available should it be required. It also has a thermal cover on a roller for easy use to ensure the pool heat is retained for your pleasure, it really works !. To help you picture the house, here is a little more detail: Sitting area is comfortably furnished with both a 3 seater sofa (converts to a double bed) and a 2 seater sofa plus single chair, coffee and side tables and lighting. A large Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD / Blu-Ra player and CD/Radio player. Kitchen contains large oven, hob and microwave, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal etc. Also kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine and liquidiser and just about anything else you will need including cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses (glass and plastic for around the pool), cooking utensils, linen etc. All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes with more than enough hanging space. All linen is provided, they also have a flat screen TV connected to cable for relaxed viewing. All bathrooms are supplied with ample bath and hand towels so no need to bring your own. Utility facilities include a large separate washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, and cleaning equipment. So you can travel light. We also provide a baby Pac and Play; (travel cot), a stroller (pushchair) & high chair at no extra cost. High speed broadband and WIFI are Installed, so please bring your laptop with you, we also provide FREE long distance calling to the USA and Canada.We have an upgraded Cable TV package, which offers 100s of channels including xfinity movies; TV series on demand (many are Freeand no commercial breaks); also extensive sports coverage (including UK football matches); childrens channels, something for everyone.

.A full size Tennis Court & fully equipped Childrens Play Area are both within a minutes; walk from the house. (No cost).A shopping mall including restaurants, takeouts, bars a Publix supermarket and Applebys restaurant are only a 2 minute ride away. A Wal-Mart superstore, Walgreens, Chillis and many other shops and takeouts also only a 5 minute drive away.There are many other attractions close by other than the major theme parks including: Air-boating, State Parks, Natural Springs, Mount Dora, Fishing, Canoeing, Daytona (90 minutes), Legoland, Flights of Fantasy, Bok Sanctuary, Parachuting, Drag Racing. Both coasts are about 1 hour drive away for the Kennedy Space Centre, Coccoa Beach, Tampa, Busch Gardens, The Gulf Coast beaches; attractions etc, etc, etc. We work very hard to ensure our house constantly updated, comfortable & well managed at all times to ensure You and your family have the best holiday possible. Another amazing stay at Andy and Sue's villa, this was our fifth visit! As always, the villa was very well presented, clean and perfect for our family holiday. We have been visiting Orlando for many years now and this is our favourite villa, our 'home from home'. It is a comfortable home, not a clinical hotel room, which is what we like. We had an issue with a smoke alarm going off randomly one night and Tim from the management company came out after midnight to look at it, next morning the alarm was replaced - excellent service!! The pool area is great, with loungers and chairs for all the family and gets the sun from early morning, best time to sit out. Andy and Sue, the owners, are always a pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Had a fantastic time in this great villa. We have stayed in many villas over the years and were particularly impressed with the size of the deck/pool area and the fact that there were plenty loungers/chairs. We can't wait to return!

Lovely villa and location. South facing pool is excellent for the winter months. Villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Close to attractions and near to good dining and shopping facilities.

“Pleasure in Savannah”
Andy & Sue the owner's very helpful and nice people, from first contact they did everything they could to keep us informed and help with the booking. Home is lovely, nicely furnished and very welcoming upon arrival. Everything you could possiblely need is there for your use, you only need to take your tooth brush and cloths. The Pool and pool area are lovely with comfortable chairs and loungers, and if you want a day out there is plenty to do along 192East which is just a few mins away by car. If you dont feel like cooking, there are plenty of great restuarants near by, if you like Italian we recommend the Olive Garden, and Denny's or the Pancake House for brekky are all just 10mins max away. You will have a lovely peaceful holiday if your decide to stay here.

“My family could not have chosen a nicer home!”
My wife, two younger daughters and in-laws had the opportunity of staying at Savannah during our Spring holiday. The title of my review says it all. I found Andy a joy to work with and the home was simply lovely. My daughers said it was "the best house in Florida"! The community was lovely and the gate added a nice touch. It was so nice and quiet you just couldn't help but relax! The house was utterly spotless with nothing out of order. It was close to all the major attractions (15 minutes) and as far as groceries and things of that nature everything was within a 5 minute drive. Frankly anything and everything a younger family might need was already in the house and if not...within a stone's throw away. My family and I look forward to staying at Savannah for many many years to come!

“Beautiful and comfortable holiday home”
We have stayed at this property three times and we absolutely love it. It is clean and spacious with all possible home comforts. We love the pool and the tennis court over the road. It is easy to drive from here to all the places you'd want to visit on your holiday, including theme parks, shopping outlets, restaurants, supermarkets and nature reserves.
