Sitting just 15 minutes away from Disney World is the relaxed community of Lake Wilson Preserve. Built in 2005, it’s 96 Mediterranean-style houses, a mixture of residential and holiday homes, are surrounded by conservation land, with many overlooking small lakes. The quiet neighborhood is a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, with all Orlando theme parks accessible in 30 minutes or less. Our self-catering villa is located at Lake Wilson Preserve, a small and quiet development of Mediterranean style homes with red tile roofs and block paved driveways near Champions Gate.

The design of the villa provides comfortable affordable accommodation with the added benefit of a south west facing heated private pool which gets the sun from morning to evening with newly refurbished decking and pool screen. A particularly useful feature for families, the villa has 2 ensuite queen size master bedrooms with large walk-in closets and both have 32" Led TV's with cable channels, front twin bedroom also has 32" led TV, there is a laptop safe, inside the villa there are dining areas to seat ten and by the pool there are twelve seats, two tables, sun loungers and a three seat swing chair. The villa great room has a 50" Smart TV and over 260 cable channels, Local calls and long distance to the USA and Canada are included for free, there is a Sony PS4 Blu-Ray games console with games and Foosball table and Table Tennis table in the garage.

There is a fully furnished kitchen with a four slice toaster, English style kettle, Hob kettle, blender, electric can opener, American coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven / range, microwave oven with adequate crockery and seating for ten people. The garage has a utility area where you will find a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All bed linen and towels are included. The villa is furnished to a high standard, with free high speed wireless Internet access.

Check in after 4 PM - Check out before 10 AM.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GARY (the owner) a message.

If GARY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
