You are checking a unique villa in Dalyan. A project starting from an inspiration, ending in perfect execution of the idea of building the best villa in the region.

Light of Apollon, inspired by Apollon, the god of light, is part of a larger project in which each house is dedicated to a different virtue of this Greek God, with his wisdom and culture, the divine Lord of this region; Lykia/Anatolia. Each villa has a separate specific theme that is related and represented with a postmodernistic statue.

Light of Apollon, located in the Arikbasi region of Dalyan, is only 5 minutes drive away from the city center and 10 minutes drive from the Iztuzu beach. If privacy is your preferrence, the villa is an ideal get away location with its fishing pond, a natural lagoon connected to the Sulungur lake that is suitable for eel fishing, its real sea-sand beach that is for the exclusive use of the villa guests.

Nature is hand in hand with the modernism in the design concept of Light of Apollon. Sharp, minimalist lines of architecture contrasts only to make the surrounding natural beauties more visible. Panoramic mountain view is stunning, the surrounding farms are not populated by any other house and the giant sun bath deck as well as the hammock area around the fish pond will be your ideal locations for long stares at these mountains.

If you are a party bunch, the villa will offer you a large pool around which you can fire your barbecue and dine at the outdoor and indoor tables and chairs. The roof terrace is ideal for evening chill-outs with its full-size American bar, stereo system and its panoramic view jacuzzi in which you can enjoy your evening cocktails.

Children and the elderly are not omitted in the Light of Apollon. The first floor bedroom is designed for the ease of use of elderly and/or disabled guests with wheelchair access and special design bathroom. Between the swimming pool and the living room window, you will find a children pool with protection bars and anti-slippery surrounding surface. On the beach, right by the sunbath deck, there is a children playground. Highchairs are available on request of guests.

With the excitement in the project, the exclusivity of the surroundings and the unique experience it offers to guests, Light of Apollon is one of its kind in Dalyan.

With its 5 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, have separate air-conditioning, can sleep up to 10 people and can be extended to 12 with extra portable beds. The first-floor bedroom is fully designed for the use of disabled as well as elderly guests with its special design bathroom and wheelchair access without help to the living room, garden and pool area. Also on the first floor is the main living room with an open-plan kitchen, fireplace, TV and direct access to the swimming pool.

All bedrooms have wardrobes, additional storage for ease of use, make-up desks and chairs. All of the en-suite bathrooms are equipped with hand-made stone sinks, lamps and all of the construction material is natural stones and massive wood. The master bedroom has a hot-tub with panoramic view of the mountains.

Light of Apollon offers it guests different experiences for relaxing leisure time, private parties for fun or a one-on-one peaceful time with nature. The terrace with its panoramic mountain view is designed also as an American bar that is located around an open air hot tub with a capacity of 8 people for late afternoon chill-outs. One has more than one option for a sun bath in the villa. The pool-side deck has sun beds protected with shades around the wooden structure of the deck, hammocks by the fish-pond are for quick silent get-aways with a mountain view and the private beach by the pool is also totally exclusive to the villa. Fishing by the river, long hikes on the surrounding fields all the way up to the mountain tracks are the privileges of the guests of Light of Apollon.

The villa is located on a 3500 square-meter land with a private pool and a 50 square-meter bathing deck standing between the house and the stunning view of the Southeast mountains. A sea-sand beach is connecting the pool to a fish pond, both of which are exclusively accessed by the villa guests. A family vineyard and a natural lagoon for fishing on the streams connecting to Lake Sulungur are other specialties of the villa.


Children are well thought and welcome in Light of Apollon. A child pool with protection bars is located between the main swimming pool and the living room, so that the infants could be well observed and protected. Also located on the sea-sand beach by the fish pond is a children playground. The whole area surrounding the villa are farms that are friendly for the children as playgrounds.
