Description

Caitlin's Cottage is a newly established property nestling in the rolling hills of South Armagh. It is set in a 15 acres with private walkway to the renowned Kiltybane lake which is stocked with brown and rainbow trout.

It has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated to a high standard, to ensure guests avail of comfort and a home from home experience.

With its beautiful high ceiling open plan living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, Italian leather couches, oak furniture, two wood burning stoves and is decorated with pastel colours giving it that warm feel. It has a large plasma screen satelitte TV complete with DVD player, Ipod docking station, collections of novels, DVD's, games and Guest information for you to use during your stay.There is an impressive family bathroom with free standing bath, power shower, WC and wash basin. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ ironing board.

There are 3 generous sized bedrooms beautifully designed -

1 - Master double bedroom with en suite and satelitte TV

2 - Double bedroom with satelitte TV

3 - Twin Bedroom with satelitte TV

* Travel cots available on request.

We are a small family run business, who love to welcome guests and we strive to make your stay an enjoyable one. We welcome all our guests with a welcome pack to help you settle in and relax straight away. Winter months guests will be welcomed with lit wood burning stoves and a supply of wood for during your stay. Those Guests who wish to join us in the warmer weather can avail of cooking on the gas bbq and dining el fresco in the beautiful surroundings Caitlin's cottage has to offer.

Caitlins cottage is such a beautiful house in a lovely location. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, it was like a home away from home.Can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

We loved the holiday cottage it was bright and airey with all the mod cons. The owner also left us with bread and milk and other things which was very nice of her. the location of the cottage was great nice and quiet. The weather was great but it was a pity there was no road signs but having the sat nav helped. I would definitely recommend that you book this lively holiday cottage if you want to visit northern ireland

How do damage deposits work?
