The 70 sqm apartment has been recently renovated and is located in an elegant building in the historic center of Crema, a few steps from Piazza Duomo. It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. A sofa bed is available in the large living room. The rooms are bright, overlooking the quiet courtyard, are furnished with style and form an ideal space for both tourist and business trips. Wi-fi access and use of bicycles included. Crema offers interesting cultural and artistic sites as well as a large variety of restaurants. Milan, Cremona, Brescia, Bergamo and Piacenza are about 45 minutes away by car. Train and bus connections can be reached on foot within a few minutes. This newly refurbished apartment is located right in the center of Piazza Duomo. It's very much appeciated for its style and position, it's luminous, quiet and ideal for holiday or business guests. Free wi-fi. Free bycicles. It's close to cultural and artistic sites. Crema is 30 minutes drive from Milan (Linate airport) and 45 minutes from Cremona, Bergamo, Brescia and Piacenza. Train and bus connections to Milan are also available within walking distance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ROBERTO (the owner) a message.

If ROBERTO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
