Newly refurbished apartment in the center of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes away from downtown Lisbon and the international airport by car or public transportation.

On the 4th floor, with lift access, the apartment has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, fully furnished and a well-equipped brand new kitchenette and a modern bathroom. It also has a lovely balcony with plenty of natural light ideal for breakfast. Towels and linens are provided.
It is equipped with air-conditioner, Vodafone Cable TV and Vodafone high-speed Internet Wifi.

At your doorstep you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and the local market. The Bus Stop to Lisbon or to one of the biggest shopping centers in the area is reachable on a two-minute walk.

You can rent a bicycle or go surfing, windsurfing, golfing, bird watching, and much more, all in the surrounding area.

Costa da Caparica is considered for many as the national capital of surf, kite surf and body board. Two of the best Golf courses in Portugal in the vicinity - Aroeira I and Aroeira II.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We do not intend to trick our guests. We thought that was easily identify what are photos of Costa da Caparica and photos of the Flat. We will improve on that. Regarding the mattress we never had any complain, on the contrary. However, we will check if there is anything wrong. We have asked you if everything was Ok and you never said that was anything wrong. I would appreciate to have this feedback during your stay or after your checkout, not only after 3 months. How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caparica Flat (the owner) a message.

If Caparica Flat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
