This modern spacious home is located in a residential development a stroll from the town of Carrick-on-Shannon, 90 minutes from Dublin City Centre. From here you can enjoy the convenience of the towns many pubs, restaurants and leisure activities. The area is renowned for fishing with 41 lakes within a 10km radius. Inside the house is beautifully furnished throughout with all mod cons, the balcony enjoys a slight view of the marina and there is Wi-Fi internet access available for your enjoyment.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 352 yards. Beach 35 miles. FF: lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony, w.c. SF: 2 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room, twin, bathroom with separate shower.Electricity included , storage heaters, linen and towels included, No Smoking, electric fire, TV, dvd player, radio, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, internet access, welcome pack, open plan shared garden, off road parking. Sorry no pets.

“This duplex was a perfect base for our stay in Ireland”

We absolutely loved our holiday in Ireland and this accomodation was perfect for our needs. We were greeted by Anne, who was so friendly and helpful, and the soda bread she brought for us was delicious! The duplex is modern , beautifully furnished, spacious and so convenient, being just a short stroll to all that Carrick On Shannon has to offer. It was great staying within a short drive of the family, but still having our own space. We had a couple of family members from further afield stay a few nights which was great and we were spoiled for choice when eating out. We will definitely book this accomodation again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
