From the owner

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in excellent location. 5 Mins walking distance to Coral Bay.

Furnished to a high standard. Large private swimming pool, plentiful sunbathing area to soak up the Cyprus sunshine.

Outside

Outside there is a large private pool (8 x 4) and paved sunbathing area with sun loungers, table/chairs and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining all set within landscaped gardens. There is a large terrace on the upper floor with coffee table and chairs with good views perfect for a sunset cocktail. A further covered terrace is located on the ground floor next to the pool area. There is also a private car parking space within the villa grounds.

Coast/Beach

The villa is located within a 5 minute walk of the main Coral Bay beach which is said to be the best beach in the Paphos area, it is a sandy beach and safe for swimming where you will also find beach bars/restaurants and a range of water sports available including water skiing, windsurfing and pedalos.

Golf

3 golf courses are situated in the area all within a 20 - 40 minute drive of the villa. The main 2 golf courses are at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos, and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.

Skiing

Skiing in Cyprus can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympus, from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympus is 3km from Troodos Hill Resort. Troodos is approx 71 miles from Paphos.

Special Interest Holidays

Paphos is full of history. Visit the Tomb of The Kings or the famous Mosaics. The Medieval Fort in Paphos Harbour are where boat trips are available to Coral Bay, Peyia area and back.

How to get there

From Paphos Airport it is a 30 minute journey to Villa marina sunset and from Larnaca Airport it is approx 1 hour. Car hire is not essential as there is a regular local bus route which runs from Coral Bay village just 5 minutes walk from the villa which will take you to Paphos old town/market, harbour area and all of the main attractions.

Distances

The village of Peyia (Pegia) is 5 mins drive away. Go carting, horse riding and Tomb of the Kings are all within 10 minutes drive with Paphos and the harbour area just 15 minutes drive away.

Further Details

There are various local banks, hairdressers, beauty salons, supermarkets and shops, go-carting, horse riding, tennis and a fantastic water park all a short distance away from Paphos.

The villa is at the end of a cul de sac so has no passing road or foot trafic and has no properties overlooking the pool area so is very private and quiet, It also has unbroken sunshine from morning to night Situated on on the most beautiful cost line in Cyprus and close to the ancient kingdom of Akamas the villa is fully air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard ideal for families, couples or friends in a quiet location yet very close to the night life ( two minute walk ). It is designed over two floors with the ground floor housing the spacious open plan living and dining area that open up to an outdoor dining area and private pool. the first floor has the master bedroom and a twin room that open on to a huge terrace with stunning sea and mountain views..

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
