Thalia is a light airy Villa furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas, granite worktops and a fully fitted well equipped kitchen. It has a downstairs loo and off street secure parking. It has a beautiful soft seating area in the garden shaded from the sun by a cream pergola. It is well located with many facilities close at hand such as shops restaurants bars and a great beach. Car hire is not essential with all amenities on your door step.

We take a refundable security deposit of £250.00 which will be returned to you within approximately 5 days of your return home once the property has been checked. Final Balance payments are due 2 months prior to arrival. Cots and high chairs can be provided please ask.

There is a large patio area alongside the pool with dining table and chairs as well as sun loungers and BBQ. There is a Gazebo in the garden which houses a soft seating area. For stays of 2 weeks a mid stay clean is provided. Beach towels are provided.

“The good, the bad and the noisy!”

The villa is as described with a lovely pool area. The location is ideal in some respects I.e. close to strip and beach but very noisy at night. Some nights the excessively loud music went on until 3.30 in the morning making sleep impossible. We loved the strip, plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from.

Owner's reply: Hi Mary I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay in our villa and were pleased with what it has to offer, although was sorry to hear about the noise - this is the first time we have had this feedback as the local municipality are very strict about noise pollution in Coral Bay. I have made some enquiries and it may be due to the opening of a new bar/restaurant and feel sure this would have been a one off. We would very much like to welcome you back again in the future

Beautiful villa with gorgeous private pool. The managing agents - Rob and Carrie - are on hand for any queries. Close to the attractions of Paphos but far enough away for total tranquillity. Well positioned to explore the Akamas Peninsula or the Troodos mountains... Would recommend for families, couples or solo travellers...

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Villa Thalia. The location was ideal only a 5 minute walk away from the bars, restaurants and shops. Pool area was beautiful. Only slight negative about this Villa was that there was no air con down stairs and in the height of summer this can be uncomfortable.

Just returned from a week's stay (14 – 21 Nov 12) at this villa with my family: me and hubby, 1 teenager, 1 adult 'child' and (grand)parents. Lovely villa, very clean, spacious and everything you needed to make a perfect stay. Our parents both have slight mobility problems but managed very well, although the stairs have a slight turn that means that there isn't a handrail at one point that could be problematic if this was essential. Downstairs loo meant that trips up and down all day weren't necessary though. Weather was great - hot enough to lounge around on the sun loungers that are provided, or to sit comfortably on the settees under the gazebo and to sit outside to barbecue in the evenings that was a welcome surprise. Pool was fresh (!) but we had declined to pay to heat the pool. I'd hesitate to recommend this villa for people with very young children as although there are steps the 'shallow' end would be out of depth for little ones. Paid a small fee for wifi that we thought was acceptable and a necessary part of life today. We hired a car to get out and about as we didn't expect the weather to be so good and wondered about our parents' mobility - but you could easily do this location without hiring a car as it is just off the main road. Noise not a problem - but could imagine that it would sound livelier in high season - in November it was very peaceful. Local 'feral' cats very friendly and used to being made a fuss of by holiday-makers. Management company 'Rocca' really responsive and friendly - as soon as we mentioned that a light bulb was out - they were there. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
