Looking for a nice and cosy typical country-house? With PRIVATE PARKING, FREE WIFI (without limits of consumption), INDIPENDENT HEATING in all the rooms? In the countryside but not far from the town (less than 5 minutes) and the sea (about 10 minutes)?

Located on a hill overlooking the sea, with a big Mediterranean garden "Trullo Villa Giuliana" is ideal for people who like to stay in the green.

Villa Giuliana is a typical country house, restored with careful attention to maintain its identity as a historic house made with stones, but at the same time offering all the comforts for an enjoyable stay, including independent heating in all the rooms, which makes it ideal even on the coldest days. Surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, is suitable not only for summer vacations, but also for holidays or weekends in autumn, winter and spring, Easter and Christmas. The House consists of:

-a double bedroom

- a sitting area with two armchairs, a dining area with table and chairs, a long stone kitchen counter

- an alcove with a comfortable bedsofa . Typically the alcove becomes independent overnight, when the curtain is closed.

- bathroom with walk-in shower

-hallway with a large wardrobe and washing machine.

Characterized by thick stone walls, ensures the right insulation in both winter and summer, being nicely cool during the summer heat, and giving excellent heat insulation during colder periods. The house is surrounded by a fragrant Mediterranean garden with olive trees, fruit trees, plants and flowers of the Mediterranean. It enjoys views of the sea and the Valle d'Itria (the famous territory characterized by the cone house called "trulli"). The garden is illuminated perfectly in every corner, and offers a romantic and charming night effect. It is possible to park your car in the garden. This house is ideal for those who love ciclyng or hiking or walking, as it is located in a very nice area for the landscape with seaview, frequented by those who enjoy jogging or cycling.

To be added to the price of the rent, the utilities calculated on the basis of meter reading; 30 euro as contribution for cleaning; 5 euro per person per each set of linen (which includes linen for bedroom, kitchen and towels).

    How do damage deposits work?
