Your car goes up the long driveway in a straight line. You see appear behind the large oaks the majestic building. The two corner towers point to the sky like the lighthouses of the coast. They are flanked by two gray stone wings typical of the Breton style of the seventeenth and nineteenth century. Hush! Listen to the silence! You are at the heart of a property of 3 hectares, with a beautiful pond nearby, and majestic trees: pines, oaks, cedars of the Himalayas, cypresses of Provence. Yet you are only 5 minutes from Combourg, the birthplace of Châteaubriand, and about 30 minutes from Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel. Inside, an apartment of 180 m², totally renovated in a refined and distinguished style, offers you all the space and comfort that can be expected from a holiday resort. Serenity and relaxation in this gray granite mansion ... Taste with family or friends in the peaceful atmosphere of this gray granite mansion, removed without being isolated, in its large green property. Spacious, the apartment for 10 people extends over two floors with a living room-stay dressed with two majestic chimneys of the nineteenth, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor. You can multiply the quiet activities or fun indoor (books, flat screen TV, wifi internet access) or outdoors (barbecue, walks in the park of the property, swimming-spa with swim against the current, trampoline, petanque). Discover also a privileged holiday place in the heart of romantic Brittany, a few dozen minutes from historical and tourist attractions (Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan, Rennes), not to mention the opportunity to exercise many cultural activities (museums, theater, cinemas, bookshops) and leisure (walks, fishing, water sports, eco-tourism, theme park, horse riding, bowling, mountain biking or cycling ...). A room to live spacious and bathed in light ... After parking your car on the parking a little away to preserve the setting and calm of the place, advance to corner towers. Your apartment is in the east wing, on your right. Enter through the large French window of about 3m wide. Here you are in the fully equipped kitchen, lit by a beautiful window with small tiles typical of the old Breton houses, overlooking the garden. Very bright and practical with its ecru tiles, you will find ceramic hobs topped with a hood, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and storage furniture for the dishes. Go right to the living-dining room. With 60 m², this large main room is tastefully furnished, mixing the modern style of furniture with the rustic aspect of two imposing 19th century fireplaces backed by stone walls. The light enters this beautiful room with two windows and three French windows equipped with shutters. Near the wall, the beautiful wooden spiral staircase is the most beautiful effect. There, a large table with glass top on wrought iron legs surrounded by eight chairs. Here, a patinated gray wooden table serving as a service. On the left, a cherry buffet. Further, on a braided carpet, the living room with its sofas and armchairs arranged around a coffee table, facing one of the chimneys. For your nights: a romantic and soothing decor! At dusk, go to sleep comfortably in one of the three beautiful bedrooms upstairs, after relaxing in one of two adjoining bathrooms. Intimist without being narrow, the "Lin and white room" (14 m²) is facing the stairs. Take a rest in the large 160 x 200 bed framed by two wooden bedside tables. A dresser, a wardrobe with three doors and a valet will allow you to easily store all your belongings. A bathroom accessible by the landing allows you to cool off in the shower. Functional, you will find a pretty glass basin topped with a large mirror and a toilet. Perhaps you will prefer the larger "Taupe Suite" (22m²) with private shower room. She too, will welcome you with a large bed 160 x 200 to spend pleasant nights. The wood and white bedside tables are coordinated at the headboard. A cherry empire style dresser is used as a footboard. Two large cabinets frame the window. A desk, a dresser and a valet complete the furniture. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, a glass basin, a toilet and storage shelves. The third bedroom is ready! This is a room of over 30m2 that will be presented as a family room or dormitory. This room is equipped with 2 times 2 bunk beds each consisting of a large bed of 140 x 200 and a bed of 90 in the upper part.

How do damage deposits work?
