From the owner

Fantastic villa with private swiming pool and tennis court.

Quiet location, near Coimbra (Old university) and close to the Roman city of Conímbriga (2nd century). It offers several on-site activities (swimming, tennis, billiards, etc.), and possible paths in the pine forests that surround it. Great views over the hills. Lots of light throughout the day. Possibility of catering at home (menu available with typical Portuguese dishes).

In Coimbra (12KM) children have to visit the famous "Portugal dos Pequenitos".

Cottage in a small village surrouded by pine trees and small hills. Near the roman ruines of Conimbriga (2nd cent.). The old university of Coimbra is just 15 min far (by car), and the beach of Figueira da Foz (with Casino) is not far (40 km in motor road, near the house).

How do damage deposits work?

If Jose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
