La Grange peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et est l'un des 5 gîtes indépendants de La Vieille Ferme qui peuvent être loués individuellement ou dans le cadre d'une réservation complète du site.

La Grange est un gîte spacieux et bien équipé avec une télévision à écran plat (anglais et français), une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une cuisine bien équipée, une cheminée avec poêle à bois et des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur un jardin avec table, chaises et barbecue.

La Grange dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte, d'une salle à manger et d'un salon au rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres doubles, une avec salle de bains, une chambre à deux lits avec salle de douche attenante et une salle de bain familiale avec douche

Le site de La Vieille Ferme - The Old Farm - est une ferme en activité du 19ème siècle qui a été magnifiquement convertie et rénovée en 5 gîtes rustiques (cottages). Les gîtes sont accompagnés d'un grand terrain avec une grande grange ouverte, de beaux jardins, un parking privé et une superbe piscine couverte chauffée

La Vieille Ferme est située en bordure du petit village de Cléré-du-Bois, avec vue sur la campagne de la Loire d'un côté et sur l'église et le centre du village de l'autre. Le magasin/bar/restaurant du village est à seulement 100m

Le terrain offre également une grande terrasse ensoleillée pour se détendre au bord de la piscine, des équipements sportifs dont des vélos, du ping-pong, des buts de foot, du badminton et bien sûr, de la pétanque ! Il y a une grange couverte avec un espace barbecue et une buanderie commune avec machine à laver

La piscine est chauffée et couverte ce qui la rend utilisable de mars à octobre. C'est une piscine au chlore. Il dispose d'un portail enfant sécurisé. La housse peut être ouverte des deux côtés pour être ouverte et aérée en été (la partie inférieure reste en place lorsque les enfants utilisent pour garder le périmètre)

Le prix de la réservation comprend la taxe de séjour. Toutes les installations sur place sont incluses gratuitement - vélos, blanchisserie réservée aux clients de l'hôtel, équipements sportifs, etc. Les draps et les serviettes de bain sont facultatifs

Le village

Cléré du Bois est un petit village avec un bel environnement de campagne

Le Brennou est le bar du village local, le restaurant et possède également une petite boutique attenante pour les produits de base tels que les baguettes fraîches ! Il se trouve à seulement 100 mètres à pied de La Vieille Ferme

Villes locales :

Châtillon-sur-Indre est à environ 10 minutes en voiture et possède un supermarché, des magasins, une banque, un bureau de poste, des restaurants et des cafés. Il a un super endroit pour un déjeuner typique avec "plat du jour" et un restaurant de grande qualité le soir aussi

Loches est à 25 minutes en voiture qui est un magnifique bourg médiéval avec une variété de boutiques et de restaurants et Château

Lieux d'intérêt:

La Vieille Ferme est idéalement située au centre de nombreux points d'intérêt les plus populaires et se trouve également en bordure du parc national de la Brenne

La Loire possède certains des plus beaux châteaux de Chenonceaux, Valençay et Villandry

Il y a une multitude d'activités de plein air à notre porte, y compris la marche, le vélo (vélos disponibles), les terrains de golf, l'observation des oiseaux, les lacs de baignade, les lacs de pêche, les courts de tennis, l'équitation, etc.

Le Futuroscope est un superbe parc à thème axé sur la science à environ 1 heure de route et le zoo de Beauval est un superbe zoo, célèbre pour son panda, à environ 35 minutes.

La région est également célèbre pour sa gastronomie et son vin et il existe de nombreux restaurants et vignobles à visiter localement. Des « bar tabac » et « plat de jour » bon rapport qualité-prix aux restaurants étoilés Michelin

Côte/Plage :

Bellebouche est un lac d'eau douce avec une plage de sable de 900 m, à environ 30 minutes en voiture. Convient pour la baignade et la planche à voile avec Kayaks et pédalos également à louer. Il y a des sentiers naturels à travers les pinèdes pour faire du vélo et de la marche, un mini golf, des aires de pique-nique, un snack-bar et un restaurant.

La Rochelle est la ville balnéaire la plus proche à environ 2h50. Il est situé sur la côte atlantique avec son vieux port bordé de restaurants de fruits de mer, d'un port de plaisance, d'un aquarium et de jardins botaniques.

Ports et aéroports

Les aéroports les plus proches sont Tours et Poitiers à env. 1 heure de route. Limoges est également à environ 1h45

Caen, Le Havre, St Malo et Cherbourg et Calais (allant de 4 à 6 heures de route) ont tous des traversées régulières depuis l'Angleterre et nous pouvons offrir un code de réduction de 10 % aux clients utilisant Brittany Ferries.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
