Sea view Suite - Time-share for rent at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands, Malta.

The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa is a luxurious 5-star hotel set in a prime location at the Golden Sands Bay, l/o Mellieha, Malta. Situated on the cliff edge with unobstructed sea views.

Owner offers a stay from 6th to 13th August 2024, in a one-bedroom deluxe self-catering, sea-view Zenith Suite unit with magnificent sea views and overlooking the sandy beach of Golden Sands Bay.

Sleeps 4 adults. The apartment is self-catering but serviced with daily cleaning. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults (cots can be added upon request) and its extensive facilities include;

Spacious and stylish living spaces, large living and dining areas, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette and a luxurious bathroom with an oval bathtub and walk-in shower.

Owner has paid his membership for 2024 and reserved the period Tuesday 6th to Tuesday 13th August 2024 for own use. This period is therefore guaranteed.

Interested persons buy from the owner the use of the owner's time at the resort and use it with all owners' benefits as if his/her own.

The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden charges or fees. The only additional cost for the holiday maker is a small tourism tax of Eur. 0.50 per person per night, collected by the resort upon check-out.

Upon confirmation that full payment has been effected, owner will ask the resort to change the name on the accommodation voucher to that of the holiday maker. Owner will meet the holiday maker at the resort and make sure that the resort transfers the owner's reservation to the name of the holiday maker. Payment held with Tripadvisor Rentals is released only after check-in, as is the norm to protect the interests of the buying party. Membership benefits are passed over to client in full, including parking facilities and a discount card on food & beverages consumed in the resort.

Breakfast and dining can be taken at the hotel's restaurants. Owner offers free of charge his membership card to the clients. This is an extra benefit that the owner is offering as this card entitles the user for discounts on food and drink consumed at the hotel resort.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
