"Villa Emanuele" consists of a main villa and a small neighboring house, in the same property.

It's on a hill, in a quiet residential area between the villages of Costarainera, Lingueglietta and Cipressa, yet at less than 10 minutes by car from the beach.

Beautiful garden with lawns, palm and olive trees. Weekly maintenance by a gardener.

Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Tennis table.

The swimming pool (10x5 m) can be heated in winter and cold seasons.

Wooden pool house, with whirlpool hot-tub for 5 persons, and shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: pool heating and hot-tub are included in rental price ONLY in some periods.

The main villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people.

It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.

Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.

Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.

The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.

It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.

Outside of the annex, there is a patio for "al fresco" dining, with grill, table, chairs, couch.

Free parking inside the property, for 2 cars, behind a gate, plus another parking outside of the property. One more parking near the annex.

Restaurants and shops within 2 kms.

San Lorenzo al Mare and its supermarkets and shops is 4 kms away.

The sandy beaches of San Lorenzo are 4 km away; the rocky and pebble beaches of Santo Stefano al Mare are 6 kms away.

Many beautiful typical Ligurian villages to visit in the surroundings: Costarainera, Cipressa, Lingueglietta, Boscomare, Taggia, Bussana Vecchia, Pietrabruna, Dolcedo, and more.

Approximately 300 meters below the property, there is the coastal highway. Depending on the wind, it may be minimally audible, but it's not visible from the house.

In all bedrooms and living rooms there is satellite TV, with all the international free channels.

On the ground floor, little laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron / ironing board. Freezer in the storeroom behind the main house.

HEATED POOL, information about periods and prices:

- pool heating is included in rental price from April to the end of June.

- pool heating is not needed from the end of June to first half of September.

- pool heating is included in rental price from the second half of September to the end of October.

- pool heating is not included in rental price from November to the end of March.

When pool heating is not included in rental price (from november to march), the cost of the service has to be agreed in advance, upon request of the client.

The pool heating will be activated only if technically possible and if there is enough time to heat up the pool before the arrival of guests.

JACUZZI HOT-TUB in the wooden house, next to the swimming pool:

- from April to October, hot-tub is included in rental price.

- from November to March, the hot-tub is upon request, at the price of 200€ per week.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
